Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Implementation Manager / Project Manager who has hands-on experience with University ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, client coordination, requirement gathering, solution mapping, and project delivery across academic and administrative modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle ERP implementations for universities and colleges
- Translate academic, HR, finance, and examination processes into ERP configurations
- Coordinate between development, QA, and support teams for module customization and delivery
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure smooth implementation
- Provide functional training and user onboarding to university staff and faculty
- Document workflows, change requests, and project milestones
- Serve as the single point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Support go-live planning, data migration, and post-implementation support
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Project Management
- 5+ years of experience in ERP project implementation, preferably in the education domain
- Strong understanding of university operations – Academics, Examination, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Accreditation
- Experience managing client communication, training, documentation, and support
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills
Preferred Experience
- Prior implementation experience with educational ERP systems
