Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Plant Operations to support the Director in overseeing all aspects of plant operations at multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant Operations:

- Oversee daily plant activities, including production, maintenance, and quality control

- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost savings

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

2. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and develop high-performing teams, including department heads and supervisors

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration

3. Support to Director:

- Provide strategic support to the Director on plant-related matters

- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement plant-wide initiatives

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or a related field

As a content writer, you’ll be working with product and marketing teams to create valuable content to educate and wow our customers. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, writing content for our consumer and SaaS applications, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features, and so on.

• Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, consumer application, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs
• Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
• Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.
• Include and optimize all content for SEO
• Contribute to the localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
• Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellenc

• 1-3 years of working as a content writer / marketer
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)

Required Skills:

● Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least Django (More web frameworks are a plus)

● Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries

● Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system

● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

● Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on your technology stack)

● Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (is a plus)
