Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Retailer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with retailers through cold calling, WhatsApp, email outreach, and in-person meetings. • Lead Generation & Sales: Execute inbound and outbound cold calling strategies to generate leads and close deals. • Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall revenue targets. • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products, including key features and benefits, to effectively communicate value to customers. • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions to meet their requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Fresher or 1+ years of proven sales experience, especially in cold calling or outbound sales • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to speak Hindi along with at least one regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Gujarati, Assamese, Marathi, or Bengali. • Candidates with an agriculture background will be given preference.
