Role: React Native Engineer – Real-Time Systems 

We are building real-time, high-scale applications involving chat, streaming, and interactive experiences. We’re looking for engineers who can build performant mobile apps that handle live data, low latency, and production-scale usage.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high-performance React Native applications
• Integrate real-time systems (WebSockets, RTC, live updates)
• Work with SDKs like Agora or similar
• Optimize app performance (FPS, memory, startup time)
• Handle network variability, retries, and offline states
• Collaborate with backend/infra teams on APIs and contracts
• Debug production issues (crashes, latency, memory leaks)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in React Native

• 3-6 years of proven and progressive experience in UI development.
• Experience in JavaScript, React Native, and GraphQL. Experience in making hybrid mobile apps. The native experience on Android and iOS will be an add-on. Clean coding and design patterns are desirable. A perfect applicant will be skilled in React Native and JavaScript.
• A grasp of database technologies like PostgreSQL, Python, etc. would be an added bonus.

APK and IPA generation using expo tool.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Build pixel-perfect, UIs across both mobile platforms. 
• Design,develop, secure high performing mobile applications using React Native for both Android & IOS .
• Translate designs & wireframes into a high-quality code & Mobile UI .
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. 
• Diagnose, fix bugs & performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. 
•  Maintain code and execute UTC to ensure the product is of the highest quality. 
• Participate in the development and preparation of documentation. 

Skills

React Native Application Developer

Job Description

•       As a React Native Developer, your responsibility will include creating a suite of applications and improving the functions of applications in development.
•       Experience in building a React or Native mobile app with traffic at scale
•       Ability to architect, refractor and debug an app without disrupting users
•       Proficient with mobile application life cycles
•       Should have multiple apps deployed to the App Store, Google Play Store and deep knowledge of the distribution processes
•       Understanding of unit and functional testing best practices.
