About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Software Engineer to join our product team and help build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready machine learning solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core product features and drive data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, training, and inference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven product opportunities
• Translate business requirements into ML solutions and technical implementations
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency for real-time applications
• Integrate AI/ML models with APIs and backend systems
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Ensure best practices in data handling, model versioning, and reproducibility
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to product innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Java/Go is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts
• Experience in building and deploying ML models in production
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, code and deliver UI capabilities using Qt that would interact with backend python functionalities seamlessly. 
• Solve critical issues by coding in a hands-on and efficient manner.
• Developed CI/CD pipelines for corporate infrastructure. 
• Extensive hands-on experience developing frontend systems 
• Ability to assess and prioritise architectural components, features and bugs..
• Ability to work in an efficient startup creating innovative technology Qualifications: 
• 3+ years of industry Experience in frontend desktop application design and development. 
• Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science Engineering, other branches of engineering from Tier 1 colleges. 
• Should have a good working knowledge of Qt. 
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, CSS and HTML5). 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Preferred Skills: 
• Attuned design sense so can collaborate with UX designers and hold high quality bars. 
• Strong Programming Skills in Python. Experience in Image Processing is a bonus

• Experience : 3-6 years
  Experience in developing full-stack applications at scale
• Should have experience in any of the front-end frameworks like React, Angular, BackboneJS, Ext, etc, and HTML/CSS/Bootstrap.
• Experience in backend technologies like NodeJS, Python, GOLANG, REST web services and Java(OOPS, Collections, DB Access) or any other technology.
•  Hands on experience in JavaScript Concepts (OO-JS, Closures, Unit Testing, Module Patterns etc)
• Good to have skills like REST, Bootstrap, UI Components, CI/CD, NoSQL based DB is added advantage.
• Experience with advanced CSS programming using LESS or SASS is a plus.
• Expertise in of server side technologies and SQL/NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience of JavaScript testing frameworks like Karma, Mocha, Jest etc.
• It involves design the software system, Select algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used for BUSINESS Applications
• Contribute to software development design discussions for new features and new product development

Ideally, you know how to write unit tests and maybe even better write them in TDD. You have knowledge in agile methodologies such as Scrum. You know about GIT and the use of continuous integration tools. You have developed single page JS applications end to end.

Candidate should have a bachelor or Master technical degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge in software engineering. Proactive Self Starter, creative thinker in designing, developing and supporting applications. Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process.

Role - Technology Lead

Role Overview 

As a Tech lead, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and  procedures, working closely with the co-founders in building a team. You will be responsible for  defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and  debugging of the software applications. The technology lead will be a part of the core leadership  team and will be involved in all crucial decisions. So apart from strong technical skills, leadership is  something we are looking for.  

Responsibilities  

▪ Work Experience between 3 to 5 years in large scale applications with desire to work in fast  paced startups  

▪ Must have led a team of 3 to 10 engineers. Excellent business understanding and  prioritization skills. Fully hands on with coding and up to date with technology trends. 
▪ Focus on code maintainability and performance of application and a demonstrated product  development ability.  

▪ Must be excellent with hiring and should have built a team from scratch or small size 
▪ Provide technical advice and assists in solving programming problems  

▪ Continuously create new and interactive features that would help to improve user  experience and user engagement.  

▪ Assist with troubleshooting of issues as needed
