Skills:

>Core Backend

• Python: Strong proficiency in writing clean, production-level Python code.
• Django & Django REST Framework: Working knowledge in building and maintaining server-side applications.
• Flask / FastAPI: Experience building lightweight RESTful APIs is highly valued
• REST APIs: Strong understanding of API design principles; prior experience building or integrating REST APIs from scratch is essential.

>Databases

• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Basic knowledge of query design, database management, and performance optimization.

>Cloud & DevOps

• Basic understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar services) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, server deployments, and cloud infrastructure management is a plus.

>Data

• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes is a plus.
• Exposure to dashboarding or data layer tools is appreciated but not required.

>Version Control

• Proficiency in Git — branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Experience contributing to collaborative codebases is highly valued.

What You'll Work On:

• Design and build backend systems for end-to-end lending workflows — from customer onboarding to loan disbursement — with a focus on credit and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and rule engines that power straight-through processing for property loans.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into our core platform.
• Support cloud infrastructure management, including source code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
• Take projects from ideation to production with ownership and accountability.

Other Requirements:

• 2–5 years of industry experience in a backend or software engineering role is required.
• Full-time availability in Bangalore; immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong passion for technology and backend problem-solving.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Design financial systems for scale. Measure, plan, iterate.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Setup and own the engineering architectures built around event sourcing, application sharding, database sharding, service communication mesh, etc.
• The tech: Go, Google Cloud Spanner, Kafka, Redis

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience. Relevant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of 2 common programming languages - Python & Go / Java & Node / Rust
• Comfortable in linux command line, AWS or GCP
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Great communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Experience in C# and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of .NET web framework includes ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core , Web API, ASPX, LINQ ,WCF, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and CSS.
• Experience with user interface design and prototyping.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Web Service apps or Azure-hosted equivalents.
• Understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories.
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
• Experience with source control management systems and deployment environment.
• Familiarity with writing unit tests and micro services.
• Ability to take a project from start to finish with or without supervision.
• Azure Technologies Desired.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

1. Application Developer -API

• Experience: 2-5 years
• Experience in Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using AZURE API development.
• Design, Build, Test and deploy the APIs using Microsoft Azure.
• Needs to support and handle the production APIs.
• Should have knowledge in Design Patterns.

Duties and responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain simple to complex .net applications  
•  Deliver the quality code, on time  
•  Participate in agile development process to ensure project deliverables are met, on time and of high quality  
•  The quality and completeness of assignments, including initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and general product maintenance  
•  To understand specification document and perform coding as per the design and standards & guide lines which are defined by Immediate Lead/Manager  
• Doing impact analysis and resolving in-process problems independently, or with minor input from the senior engineering /technical lead Skills and Experience  

Skills  

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in .Net Framework, C#,ASP.Net,  
• In depth knowledge and experience with web development technologies including ASP.NET, Web API  
•  Have strong concepts of OOPS, Database(T-SQL) Programming  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of Reconciliation and hands on development experience on Intellimatch 9.2.7 or higher version
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC in developing new Reconciliations in IntelliMatch. Involvement across all stages of Software Development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirement analysis, data mapping, validate data against requirement, build, unit testing, peer reviews, systems integration and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze & develop Test Strategies, design Test Plans, & generate and execute Test Cases.
• Should be able to perform enhancements, whereby need to analyze existing set-up and understand the requirement by performing proper impact analysis, provide estimate and deliver quality code.
• Independent player should be able to liaise with different team to re-solve/get dependencies on time. Should be able to for-see issue/risk and intimate the same to team lead / project manager.
• Should be able to guide support team.
• Deep knowledge on IntelliMatch Database linkage and functionalities is necessary for timely resolution of user queries.
• Propose improvements related to the development and support activity.
• Develop stored procedures to build reports for the end users using SQL 2016
