Project Engineer Intern

Brief:

We are pursuing a complex set of problems that involve building for an international audience and for an industry that has largely been service-centric. As an SDE at GradRight, you’ll bring an unmatched customer-centricity to your work, with a focus on building for the long term and large scale.

You’ll be part of the Innovation Projects team at GradRight. This team works on third party integrations and adopting new tools/technologies to help build a cutting edge platform for the higher education space.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to design discussions and decisions around building scalable and modular frontend.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and actively contribute to scaling the engineering organization from a process perspective
• Stay on top of the software engineering ecosystem and propose new technologies/methodologies that can be adopted
• Contribute to engineering hiring by conducting interviews
• Champion infrastructure as code mindset and encourage automation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as an SDE
• Strong experience with at least one frontend framework, preferably vue.js
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Passion for solving complex problems
• Really quick learner and able to dive deep into new ideas/experiments at breakneck speed
• Passion for trying out new technologies and focusing on iterative development
• Experience with team management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to have:

• Worked in a full-stack capacity at high growth startups
• Worked on products that addressed an international audience
• Exposure to emerging/latest technologies like blockchain, bots, AR/VR

• Experience in Automation Testing.
• Experience in WebDriver automation
• Should have very clear concepts in Java, cucumber, Bdd framework.
• Min 7+ years of experience in Test Automation of APIs and micro services
• Experience in scripting for automation - using JAVA/Python
• Experience with building automation framework for API/Web
• Experience in test delivery in an Agile model with focus on in-sprint automation
• Strong hands-on experience with automation of APIs using SOAPUI/Rest Assured or other API automation frameworks.
• Strong in validation content from XML, data bases and flat files using script.
• Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation
• Solid understanding of test process: requirement analysis, test scenario design, test case creation, test scripting and status reporting to stakeholders for testing services
• Experience working with Jenkins to build CI/CD pipeline. 
• Experience in leading small teams of engineers is desirable

As a Back Office Executive, your primary responsibility is to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making processes within the organization. You will work closely with various teams to understand their research needs, contribute to strategic planning, and help enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools i.e. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Good knowledge of Google Spreadsheets, shortcut keys, and formulas.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Prompt in web search.

The Client Success Executive will be responsible for directly communicating

We’re looking for an UX Designer who will-

• Own end-to-end product design and produce usable designs iteratively.
• Be a member of our core design team and will work closely with product and engineering teams to research and design experiences for our customer facing android app, seller apps and associated platforms.
• Collaborate with user research teams in planning and executing user experience research processes like contextual interviews, card sorting, heuristic evaluations and usability testing.
• Research insights into viable design concepts and manifest them into seamless experiences.

Job Summary
The candidate serves sellers by helping them to set up an online Shop on Etsy.com platform over the phone. They inform sellers about Etsy policies, charges, documents required and guide and help them technically to set up the shop on Etsy

Responsibilities and Duties
Helps to set up Etsy shop or accounts, obtains leads through various sources like by internet surfing or by cold calling in different markets or locality, and establishes new Etsy accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sellers

Focuses to scale up sellers GMS (gross merchandise sale) through sales efforts from the executive's end by studying existing and potential Etsy Sellers.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call / Meetings reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Resolves sellers complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
