Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models that power Transient.AI's core products (research automation, document intelligence, investor matching, and workflow orchestration).

• Work on applied NLP/LLM systems, including retrieval-augmented generation, structured extraction from unstructured financial documents, and model evaluation pipelines.

• Partner closely with product and founding engineers to translate capital markets workflows into scalable AI systems.

• Own model performance, reliability, and cost — from experimentation through production deployment.

• Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and evaluation frameworks to support rapid iteration.

• Ensure systems meet the compliance, auditability, and security standards required in regulated financial environments.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or equivalent).

• Experience with LLMs — fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or agentic systems — is highly valued.

• Solid grounding in data structures, distributed systems, and MLOps practices (model serving, monitoring, versioning).

• Prior experience at a strong product company, high-growth startup, or a top-tier engineering background

• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment with limited process and high ambiguity.

Exposure to fintech, capital markets, or other regulated industries is a plus, though not mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director – Record to Report (R2R) to lead global accounting operations and drive finance transformation initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end R2R processes, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and improving reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany, fixed assets, and financial reporting.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Drive finance transformation, automation, and process standardization across global entities.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal financial controls.

Collaborate with finance leadership, controllership, FP&A, tax, and treasury teams.

RPA Power Automate Developer

Overview

 Seeking an experienced RPA Developer specializing in Microsoft Power Automate to design, build, and optimize automation workflows that improve operational efficiency across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).

 Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and create scalable workflows.

 Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse, Outlook, Teams, and external systems via connectors/APIs.

 Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing automations to ensure high reliability.

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

5–9 years of experience in RPA with strong expertise in Power Automate.

 Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) is a plus.

Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:

Support as process expert for designing the process template in managing the SAP projects

General Requirements:

•    Implementation Experience: Minimum of two end-to-end SAP EWM implementations.

•    Support Experience: At least two projects involving post-go-live support or full-time support roles.

•    Rollout Experience: Understanding of template rollout methodologies.

•    Integration & Interface Expertise: Hands-on experience with IDOCs, CIF, RFC for setup and issue resolution.

•    Solution Design: Ability to translate customer requirements into EWM solutions effectively.

Technical Expertise (6–10 years):

•    EWM Versions: Experience in SAP EWM 9.5 and S/4HANA Embedded EWM, with at least one year in S/4HANA.

•    Functional Specifications: Ability to prepare Functional Specs for EWM developments.

•    EWM-ERP Integration: Expertise in EWM-ERP integration setup and configuration.

•    EWM Features: Must have hands-on experience with all mandatory EWM features (as per provided reference).

•    Nice to Have: Knowledge of Value-Added Services (VAS) and Automated Warehouse processes.

Process Knowledge & Experience:

•    Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, and Packaging: Must be strong in at least one process area, with good knowledge of the other three.

o    Definition of "Strong": Ability to list worked-on processes, explain customer requirements, and describe how the process meets business needs.

•    Process Variants: Understanding of process variations for different business scenarios.

•    EWM Production Integration: Good knowledge of production replenishment processes and integration features.

Industry Expertise:

•    Auto/Manufacturing Industry: Minimum two years of experience working in EWM within automotive or manufacturing industries.

Role Overview:

•    Position: Customer-Facing SAP EWM Functional Consultant.

•    Function: Serve as a Process Solution Expert, supporting Plant Users in addressing queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Customer Engagement:

o    Conduct gap analysis and identify new business requirements.

o    Collaborate with the Process Responsible team to develop new solutions.

•    User & Process Support:

o    Assist Plant Key Users & Plant Users in testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT).
