Responsibilities:
• Research, design and build highly reliable, available, and scalable solutions that can
handle Millions of API calls across systems.
• Own large technical deliverables and execute in a structured manner, complete
ownership of functional Services that your team is responsible for.
• Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you build and
predictability of the deliverables of your team.
• Lead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured
problem solving to development of best practices
• Platformize components as libraries, utilities and servicify and promote reuse.
• Be able to conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Drive the technical roadmap of the team in collaboration with Product and Business
Teams.

Requirments:
• BTech, MTech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Or high technical acumen and rich technical experience
• Good understanding of how the web works and Strong proficiency with HTML,CSS,
JavaScript
• Hands on experience with ReactJS
• Experience with Typescript, NextJS will be a plus.
• Strong experience on with the react ecosystem for eg, redux, react-query, reactrouter etc.
• Experience with NextJS will be a plus.
• Knowledge on deployment and hosting react apps & server side rendering will be a
plus.

Good experience with Java technologies: web services, AJAX, Spring application

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong hands on experience with JavaScript/Angular technologies e.g. Angular, TypeScript,React JS, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML and JQuery.

Coordinating with the other development team members for fast and quality development.

Collaborate as a technical expert and SME in the area of front-end design & development

Roles and Responsibilities

 You will act as an intermediary between the funds and their investment managers and serve as the official record keeper
for the funds.
 Prepare monthly financial reporting package for the Hedge Funds, including the determination of "Net Asset Value" and
prepare the Statement of Asset and Liabilities and Profit and Loss Statement
 Ensuring fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are accrued for and are in accordance
with relevant accounting standards.
 Accurate and timely processing of all capital activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, rollups, capital
commitments and calls.
 Derive pricing for portfolio investments. Updating status reports.
 Cash Management-managing the daily cash flow of trades and monitoring fund cash-flows. Process incoming and outgoing
cash movements related to capital activity
 Reporting-preparing bespoke reports to address client requests.
 Independently complete cash, portfolio and capital reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
 Creation and maintenance of investor information including payment models and contacts.
 Preparation of Investor and Client reports including Audit confirmations, Trade confirmations etc

Requirements for this role include:

 1+ year(s) of accounting experience for financial instruments (equities, fixed income, and derivatives), operation of capital
markets, and life cycle of trades. Knowledge of Capital Market
 Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30pm to 3:30am IST.
 University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of Finance/Accounting principles
 1+ year(s) of data entry experience that required a focus on quality including attention to detail, accuracy, and
accountability for your work product.
 1+ year(s) of experience using MS-Excel that required you to use Formulas, Tables & Formatting, Conditional Formatting,
Charting, Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting.
