1️⃣ AI/ML Engineer (Visa Assessment AI)

• Develop a cutting-edge AI model for visa eligibility assessments.
• Use NLP to process immigration laws, policies, and case precedents.
• Optimize for accuracy, efficiency, and scale (real-time processing).

2️⃣ Full-Stack Developer (Lean & Scalable Web App)

• Build a high-performance, no-frills web app (React/Next.js preferred).
• Integrate the AI model seamlessly into a secure and scalable backend (Python/Django or Node.js).
• Implement fast data retrieval for applicant evaluations.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

✔ AI/ML Engineer: Strong experience in NLP, AI automation, and structured data processing. Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch/OpenAI APIs is a plus.

✔ Full-Stack Developer: Expertise in React (Next.js preferred), Python/Django, or Node.js. Must prioritize performance & security.

✔ Both: You’re a problem-solver, performance-obsessed, and thrive in lean environments.

We're seeking a skilled Front-end Lead Engineer to lead an ongoing production-ready enterprise project and contribute to code while leading the frontend team. Experience: 5+ Year

Working Time: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering & QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in planning and decision-making processes related to technical architecture, design, and implementation.
• Lead and mentor the Front-end (FE) team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support.
• Oversee the deployment of frontend applications, coordinating with teams as necessary.
• Drive agile development practices within the FE team, ensuring efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the front-end development team.
• Proven experience in frontend development, with expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, MaterialUI, and React Query.
• Proficient in TypeScript development, skilled in building type-safe applications and leveraging TypeScript configurations for enhanced development efficiency.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong MVCC frontend development experience in Angular, React, Vue, Angularjs, REDUX, or similar frameworks
• Strong foundation skills in HTML, CSS, SASS, LESS, SCSS, Javascript, OO Javascript (OOJS), and JQuery 
• Responsive design techniques, highly proficient with strong security and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience building reusable components using modern techniques
• Experience building PWA and Hybrid applications using Ionic, React Native, etc. is a plus
• If you don’t have experience with MVCC frameworks like Angular, we will still consider if your fundamental skills (HTML, CSS, JS) are strong

• A minimum of B.S. degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or 5+ years in a similar position.
• Ability to adapt, change and grow quickly as we scale the organization
• Passionate about engineering practices like agile, continuous delivery, test-driven development, traceability, and observability
• Minimum 5 years of experience in writing excellent Javascript; all standards-compliant, cross-browser and cross-device.
• Strong experience with React and/or Angular and willingness and interest in learning more about both Angular and React.
• Good understanding of building shared UI components and test-driven development. plus a sharp eye for design and UX details.

Mentor To Go is an android and web based platform to help students improve their work readiness through self-learning sessions, personalised mentorship provided by mentor professionals from a range of careers, and work experience opportunities.

The technology platform implements  functionalities such as: screening surveys of mentors and mentees, training content for mentors, matching through an algorithm, and mentorship through the delivery of structured activities. 

The application technology architecture comprises of the following:

o   a Python Django web application with NGinx and Gunicorn

o   PostgreSQL database

o   A React Android and Web app

o   Rest APIs which interact between the Android app and the Django webserver

Our vision at Mentor To Go is to provide career mentorship to young people anywhere, anytime across the length and breadth of India.

We are looking for a frontend software developer who is passionate about using web technologies to solve social problems and creating experiences that are elegant and effective.    You will own the front end development of features  of the Mentor To Go web and mobile platforms, from conceptualisation through design and testing. You will work closely with other developers,the technical project manager, and the program operations team. You are user-centric, continuously demonstrate strategic & analytical abilities, and are laser focused on executing at speed. You must have the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment, where success is dependent on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members  in a positive, productive, and transparent way.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably  CS  or related discipline
• 3+ years experience with the development of applications for Android, iOS and  web preferably using React Native/ReactJS

• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with a complete mobile software development life cycle
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with version control software such as Git
