Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond. You'll act as the central hub, working with stakeholders and clients to define product roadmaps and success metrics.
A key part of your role will be to deeply understand customer and business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the development team. You will own the product backlog, analyze performance data to identify opportunities, and partner closely with design and engineering to ensure successful execution
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Execution: You will define and document product requirements, create and maintain a prioritized backlog, and ensure business needs are met throughout the design, development, and delivery phases.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to prove or disprove hypotheses and guide product evolution. Expertise in Excel and SQL is essential for this.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: You will communicate with internal and external teams, including clients, to manage expectations, present product status, and gather feedback. Strong consultative, listening, and presentation skills are crucial.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will coordinate with various teams—including design, engineering, sales, and support—to build, manage, and evolve the product. A solid understanding of software engineering concepts will help you drive product strategy effectively
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Product Mindset: You'll be a central figure, coordinating with various teams to build and support the product
- Agile Experience: You must have experience working within Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment
- Technical Acumen: You should have a solid understanding of software engineering concepts to help drive product strategy
- Exceptional Communication: You should have strong consultative, listening, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: We need someone with a strong ability to understand complex business environments and to dive into data using Excel and SQL to derive meaningful insights.
- Attention to Detail: You will need to create clear and precise product documentation and assist in the sales and pre-sales process
Benefits
What We Offer
- Dedicated Learning & Development Budget: Fuel your growth with a budget dedicated solely to learning.
- Conference Talks Sponsorship: Amplify your voice! If you’re speaking at a conference, we’ll fully sponsor and support your talk.

By striking the perfect balance between freedom and responsibility, we enable ourselves to deliver high-quality standards that our customers recognize us by. With asynchronous tools and a push for active participation, we foster a vibrant, hands-on environment where each team member’s engagement and contributions drive impactful results.
