RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will play a key role in designing and developing best-in-class workflows solutions for efi productivity suites
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centred design process
- Create holistic design solutions that address business and end-user requirements collaboratively with R&D and Product Management organizations
- Create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows along with visual design skills
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, product, software)
- Mastery in Interaction design and good competency in Visual designs
- Capability to work using sketch or photoshop
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering)

- Design various creative materials such as logos, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed

- Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
- Work with frontend and backend developers as needed
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
What you need to have:
- Proven work experience at least 2years as a UI/ UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects required
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Research- Conducting user research, client interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs; studying data patterns that highlight these using prospecting tools for performing Client-need Analysis, track their pain-points to develop a reach-out strategy.

Ideation and Brainstorming- Brainstorming and designing new features for our SaaS platform based on research, tech requirements, and feature requests. Lots of white-boarding, paper scribbles, and ideas!

Dev Support- Communicating with web developers, including providing input on any needed digital enhancements

Manage the Brand Guidelines and Visuals- Designing and managing the information architecture for the marketing website and product, drafting information flows and designing wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Branding and Illustrations for OnlineSales.ai and its marketing website or any events the company will be showcased in.
Our ideal candidate should have:

4+ years of work experience in designing digital products or experiences

Relevant Degree/Diploma or experience/certification in Product or Experience design

Software skills - Adobe CC or similar. Any tool you are comfortable with to design and prototype.
