Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled Developer who is experienced in Python with E2E project implementation to join our team. 

What will you be doing?

• Design and develop backend services for the ERP system using Python and MongoDB
• Collaborate with the frontend development team to integrate the frontend and backend functionalities
• Develop and maintain APIs that are efficient, scalable, and secure
• Write efficient and reusable code that can be easily maintained and updated
• Optimize backend services to improve performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and bugs

Desired qualifications include

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience in Python Fast API with E2E project implementation 
• Proficiency with DevOps and Pipelines (Git actions, Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience in MongoDB development, including Aggregation 
• Proficiency in RESTful API development
• Experience with the Git version control system
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

1. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with Academic Advisory Committee and Marketing team members to design and develop comprehensive curriculum for data science programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. Ensure alignment with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science education.
2. Faculty Recruitment and Development: Lead the recruitment, selection, and development of faculty members with expertise in data science. Provide mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities to faculty to enhance teaching effectiveness and academic performance.
3. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust mechanisms for quality assurance and academic oversight. Implement assessment strategies, evaluation criteria, and continuous improvement processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and student outcomes.
4. Student Engagement: Foster a culture of student engagement, innovation, and success. Develop initiatives to support student learning, retention, and career readiness in the field of data science. Provide academic counselling and support services to students as needed.
5. Industry Collaboration: Collaborate with industry partners, employers, and professional organizations to enhance experiential learning opportunities, internships, and job placement prospects for students. Organize industry events, guest lectures, and networking opportunities to facilitate knowledge exchange and industry engagement.
6. Research and Innovation: Encourage research and innovation in data science education. Facilitate faculty research projects, interdisciplinary collaborations, and scholarly activities to advance knowledge and contribute to the academic community.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the academic budget in collaboration with the finance department. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support academic programs, faculty development, and student services.

We are looking for a Laravel Developer to join our team! You will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using Laravel.

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer in at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#) and HTML5/CSS3
• Working experience with SQL Server or other RDBMS
• Working experience on entity Framework.
• Has designed large and complex enterprise web application and RESTful services (Web API) using the .Net technology stack.
• Must possess strong understanding on OOPS concepts
• Write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects.
• A team player and excellent communicator.
• Work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages, W3C standard complaint, cross border compatible HTML pages
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Blockchain evaluation, smart contract development, implementation supporting the digital strategy group initiatives.
• Must have hands-on experience using Solidity.
• Experience in setting up Blockchain nodes and networks.
• Design and develop the architecture of Blockchain Solutions from a systemic standpoint.
• Responsible for creating technical solution architecture for a given business problem.
• Responsible for quality of the application and implements necessary checks and balances via peer review, code scans, automated tests.
• Set the standards for design and development.
• Oversees, maintains,s and supports existing software applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.
• Prepare user and systems documentation as needed.
• Design & implement Blockchain solutions which may run on Blockchain platforms and composed of multiple software packages based on Solution Architect.
• Lead a team of Blockchain juniors/trainees.
• Work with product managers and other product teams.
• Well versed in using GitHub.
• Should be flexible to explore different blockchains be it Ethereum, Ripple, Tron, AVA, Multichain, etc

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
• Hands-on experience developing and delivering scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications on AWS platform.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Java, REST Web Services, SQL databases, microservices, GRAND stack, SQL and NoSQL databases.
• In-depth knowledge and experience developing and delivering scalable data lakes, data ingestion and processing pipelines, data access microservices.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS platform, tools and services, specifically AWS networking and security, Route53, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, RDS; Java/Spring development; modern database and data processing technologies; DevOps; microservices architecture; container/Docker technology.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with distributed team.
• Understand and practice agile development methodology.
• Prior experience working in a software product company.
• Prior experience with security product development.

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certified Developer certification is highly desired.
• Prior experience with Apache Spark and Scala.
