Responsibilities

• The ERP Implementation Professional will work closely with ERP team members as well as end

users to provide functional support and training of business processes enabled by Manufacturing ERP in the respective modules.

• ERP Implementation, for the modules like Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, Inventory Control.

• Provide ERP support by resolving customer queries via phone, email, remotely or at client-side

location.

• Responsible to communicate with Customer ERP core team, implementation team, Technical

consultant and his Manager.

• To Maintain Flowcharts, SOP's and prepare user manuals and provide end user training

• To configure, deploy and manage the ERP system and the backend database system

• Extensively travel to client end for software implementation and training purpose.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of desktop systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Respond to technical support tickets via phone, email, or in person.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
• Maintain asset records and update inventory logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or repairs.
• Provide support during software and hardware upgrades.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (7/10/11), Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and system security.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft (MCP/MCSA), or equivalent are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Experience in handling onsite and remote support for users.

• Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), presentation skills with a positive attitude to engage with stakeholders 
• At least 4 years of hands-oncoding experience in test automation, preferably VB script (must be presently working in automation project)
• At least 1 year of experience in Mobile automation (iOS and Android)
• Design, create and maintain Automated Test Scripts for the front end and back-end systems
• Enhance existing/create automation test frameworks
• Knowledge of pipeline execution
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies in sprint automation Test design and automation experience in web applications client-server applications mobile applications 
• Knowledge of Jira, BDD Cucumber etc.

Things you would need

• 3-5 years of experience as Full Stack Developer
• Key expertise in React, Java
• Well rounded Full-Stack developer with exposure to all layers of application and development
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Strong understanding of different software development practices, infrastructure
• Strong background in technology and application design
• Self-starter, able to deliver project on time meeting high quality standards

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebRTC, Live Streaming or other related video technologies
• Previously worked at high growth Indian startups and/or startup founders highly preferred

Reporting and Business Intelligence

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Report building and Business Intelligence with

Profound knowledge on Oracle BI Publisher and BI Analytics with Oracle Fusion HCM domain especially in Core HR, Payroll and Absences modules

Primary skill:

• Experience generating BI publisher reports, dashboards and drill-down reports
• BI Publisher (RTF design/ eText/ Scheduling/ Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods)
• Design Oracle BI Publisher Data Models, Data sets and Templates/sub-templates
• Strong PL/SQL and Advanced PL/SQL experience
• Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times
• Knowledge on the data models related to Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules)

Nice to have skills:

• Experience generating BI publisher reports, dashboards and drill-down reports
• Strong OBI Administrator activity
• Create mobile applications with Oracle Business Intelligence Mobile App Designer
• Use BI Mobile to access BI Content
• Create and modify Interactive Dashboards
• Knowledge of additional reporting tools viz. HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard would be an added advantage
