Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hubspot Developer located in Mumbai. The Hubspot Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HubSpot solutions. The HubSpot Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop workflows, integrate HubSpot with other platforms, and develop and implement custom modules.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot Marketing and COS design and development
• Experience with HubSpot Sales and Service platform
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with HubSpot CMS
• Experience with web development frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of HubSpot API and Webhooks
• Experience with integrating HubSpot with other platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of experience delivering enterprise-wide technical projects. 2-3 years of experience of which should have been spent managing, growing and retaining talent within teams
• Hands-on experience programming with RESTful APIs, Python, deployment and run time environments like Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands on front end experience in HTML, Javascript, React, and CSS.

• Deeper understanding of the network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage.
• Ability to solve complex integration and product questions, looking at issues analytically.
• Organize team’s scrums, and prepare roadmap for dev tools
• Track integration success and ensure deadlines are met. Provide input to a scalable technical integration and account management process.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience with other degrees.
• Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, in-depth experience in developing web-based applications.
• Experience leading multi engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and perform under pressure, possessing a high level of energy, efficiency, and flexibility.
• Excellent business writing, presentation and communication skills.

• Must have basic WordPress troubleshooting skills
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve WordPress issues.
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Hands-on experience with WordPress/PHP/CSS/JS/React.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.
• Incident resolution and supporting production system deployments.
• Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.

• Support and deliver within Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.

• Prioritise workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
• Understand linux. SSH to linux box, look for web logs etc
• Understand web apps to be able to troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

• Good to have programming experience with Python.
• Java and JavaScript development experience would be an added advantage.
• You should not be afraid to do some development as well as Devops.
• Clear written and oral communication is a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the L1 Support team and the Engineering team
• Second level troubleshooting of the issues raised by L1 agents
• When required escalate tickets with product/engineering team for the same, and connect with the relevant stakeholders to get them to closure
• Work with the Product team to prioritise the issues
• Work with upstream providers to prioritise concerns and get a closure on the same
• Reduce the overall time to resolve for tickets raised as bugs
• Work with CSMs and Product team to help prioritise the feature requests raised by the customers
• Identify repeated problems, and opportunity for technological resolution to avoid future tickets with same concerns
• Review the solutions documentation from technical standpoint and keep it up to date
  

  Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Industry preferably working in a customer facing role, preferably with international customers
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, HTML, PHP, Javascript
  • Expertise in finding creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficient to ensure customer issues are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible
  • Demonstrable ability to handle various tasks or projects with changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with support systems like Intercom, Zendesk etc.
  • Understanding about CRMs and why businesses use them. Past experience of working with a CRM is a plus
