We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Technical Voice Support team. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers over phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls from customers
• Provide technical support for software, hardware, networking, or application-related issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems using standard procedures
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical issues
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required
• Maintain professional communication and service quality
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Cloud & DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, implementing continuous integration and deployment processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of services. Looking for a skilled word press developer responsible for both front-end and back-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security update.

In this role you will:

• Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound and outbound calls.

• Compiling the design and development of animation projects, coordinating with designers for obtaining their specific requirements, and developing animation shots accordingly
• Preparing detailed storyboard layouts, sketches, and other visual aides required in developing the animation theme, processing these visuals accordingly for obtaining final animated visual, and incorporating graphical visuals in it for enhancing the animation
• Providing extensive support to the graphic designers by designing/ collaborating with graphic elements involved in the animation, collaborating with graphic designers for creating new graphic designs from the existing animation, and analyzing the final graphics after incorporating the designs in the flash system

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in creating Flash Animations and videos preferably in EdTech/ Social Sector/ Education/ E-Learning sector
• Hands-on experience in Adobe Flash is mandatory
• Work experience on multiple assignments and projects on a full-time role
• Hands on experience and knowledge in various design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, After Effects will be required
• Experience of editing video files in Flash including editing of audio, visual elements, screen text and creating the final output as per the requirements
• Experience of creating a new video using visual components, merging of audio files and text that appears on the video
• Excellent communication skills including flawless writing in terms of using the text content in the creatives
• Coordination skills to interact with Graphic designers, team members within and across teams to deliver the work within the agreed timelines

• Experience with writing testable code and driven by best practices Agile development process knowledge/experience
