Role Description

The Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to the technology team. This role involves overseeing technology projects, setting the technology strategy, and ensuring the smooth operation of digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical

background and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

■ Lead and manage the technology team (currently outsourced).

■ Oversee all technology-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

■ Develop and implement the technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.

■ Manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of the website, e-commerce platform, and other digital assets.

Role Description

Responsible for developing web applications as per the product requirements with a pre-approved design across multiple platforms using programming tools for Web development and Mobile application development. General Requirements

• Should be familiar and have a working knowledge of different databases like MySQL, MongoDB, web servers (e.g. Apache)
