Responsibilities:

·        Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.

• Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time
• Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
• Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same in productivity meetings.
• Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work order and for clarifications on design parameters during production 
• Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
•  Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.
• Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination with the HR function

• Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the engineering function
• Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and reduction in operational expenses / overheads

We are looking for an experienced Java Microservices Developer with expertise in AWS or any other cloud platform to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing and developing microservices-based applications with scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient cloud-native architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and various cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
