Looking for results-oriented Engineers. An ideal candidate for us would be a passionate builder of great products/frameworks and someone who would thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of complex business contexts that are typically being defined in real-time. In this role, you will be responsible for building world-class technology products and platforms that are at the forefront of the technology revolution in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. You are someone who insists on the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance. You will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality solutions that have an immediate business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills

• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this)
• Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.
• Has worked with the react ecosystem for eg, redux, react-query, react-router etc.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a consumer tech set-up (ecommerce, D2C)
• Work with Rest APIs

Good-to-have Skills

• Experience with video streaming and Real Time Communication technologies.

Job Description: 

• Creating detailed inorganic and organic 3D models i.e. characters, props, layouts, machines, natural features and environments. 
• Creating highly detailed textures. 
• Doing rigging, organic and inorganic animations. 
• Ensuring that artwork is optimised for Web browsers. 
• Managing and working in coordination with other team members.
• Working on multiple projects at given time.
• Managing entire game projects from creative and graphic perspective.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in designing high as well as low poly models.
• Must have an expert knowledge of Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, After effects. 
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animations is a huge advantage. 
• Good knowledge of lighting and technical details in Unity is a plus. 
• Must be very creative and should have a keen eye for detail.
• Should be able to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines without compromising on the quality. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.
• Incident resolution and supporting production system deployments.
• Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.

• Support and deliver within Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.

• Prioritise workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
• Understand linux. SSH to linux box, look for web logs etc
• Understand web apps to be able to troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

• Good to have programming experience with Python.
• Java and JavaScript development experience would be an added advantage.
• You should not be afraid to do some development as well as Devops.
• Clear written and oral communication is a must.

• Graduation is a must. MBA is highly desirable
• Relevant work experience of 6 – 7 years in lending is a must
• Deep knowledge and relevant work experience of Microfinance products and BC is a must
• High standards of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience and ability to manage a team

• A minimum of B.S. degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or 5+ years in a similar position.
• Ability to adapt, change and grow quickly as we scale the organization
• Passionate about engineering practices like agile, continuous delivery, test-driven development, traceability, and observability
• Minimum 5 years of experience in writing excellent Javascript; all standards-compliant, cross-browser and cross-device.
• Strong experience with React and/or Angular and willingness and interest in learning more about both Angular and React.
• Good understanding of building shared UI components and test-driven development. plus a sharp eye for design and UX details.
