Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications built on VB.Net
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
• Architect solutions and provide technical direction for new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support the professional growth of team members
• Allocate tasks effectively based on team members' skill sets and project priorities
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Manage project timelines, provide status updates, and proactively flag risks/roadblocks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and, where required, client stakeholders

Process & Quality

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC processes, and documentation practices

Role: Account Executive / Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)

Exp: 7-12 Years

● 7+ years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas.

• Candidate should have Proven expertise in selling tech tools, integrations, and workflow automation solutions to enterprise customers.
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT) preferred, or B.Tech (any stream) + MBA.

• Create reusable optimised code and libraries

• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience in React Js, Javascript, Ruby on Rails (preferred)- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

A full-stack developer handles both: Front-end and Back-end. need to build web pages, websites, create UI, make the website simple and attractive.

Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) along with CSS3 and HTML5. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. 

React Native, MongoDB, Node JS Knowledge is a plus.
