Position: QA Lead 

Experience Required: 15 Years

Responsibilities:

> Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing processes and best practices.

>Testing Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Define and implement a robust testing strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

>Manual and Automated Testing:

• Oversee the execution of manual testing for mobile and web applications.
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of automation testing frameworks.

>Mobile and Web Applications:

• Lead testing team for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.
• Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

>Test Automation Tools:

• Evaluate, select, and implement test automation tools and frameworks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance the automation process.

>Defect Management:

• Collaborate with development teams to identify, prioritize, and track defects.
• Implement effective defect management processes to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead with a minimum of 15 years in manual and automation testing.
• Expertise in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics to higher authorities.
• Perform Functional, Non-Functional, GUI testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Performance testing, Pen Testing, Monkey testing, Retesting & Regression testing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• To prepare daily Sprint reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a focus on manual testing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, AIO, Trello, etc.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

• 2+ years of RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in ReactJS
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals - data structures and algorithms
• Strong understanding of ReactJS Ecosystem (State management, Component-based design, Hooks, Responsive design)
• Good with CSS (converting UI designs to code)
• Writing clean and maintainable code
• Proficient understanding of APIs and wiring them

We are looking for a Full Stack developer responsible for the development and maintenance of Vyapar server-side infrastructure. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining the complete server-side infrastructure. Strong understanding of Core Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Relational Database are critical for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable APIs
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the APIs
• Maintaining the AWS infrastructure, security, performance and uptime
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Helping the team members and guiding them for the right design and implementation

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Javascript and NodeJs, HTML, CSS, JQuery along with great algorithmic skills.
• Good knowledge of PHP (Laravel)
• Strong knowledge of AWS Services and good experience in handling server-side infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices.
• Strong understanding, creating, manipulating, and querying database – Mongo DB, MySql.
