UI/UX Designer

The Role:

A seasoned, experienced Enterprise SaaS sales & business development leader to join the growing company's leadership team. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales and go-to-market strategies that help achieve new client sales & revenue goals for the company. The VP of Business Development & Sales will also work closely with other stakeholders to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company.

Key Responsibilities -

- Strategic Thinker & Leadership: Leading from the front on all important Client facing discussions, while providing direction to the team on the positioning, go-to-market strategy and priority amongst the prospect segments.

- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Tactfully and strategically enable the team to follow up with the prospects regularly, host the commercial negotiations and drive the needed urgency towards deal closures.

- Partnerships & Influencer Management: Actively discover, acquire and engage with strategic partners/industry influencers, consultants and resellers to drive an efficient channel of demand creation and client acquisition across multiple geographies

- Data & Process Driven-You obsess with data, analytics and processes to ensure repeatability and consistency around meeting & exceeding the Quarterly goals and also enabling data-led experimentation in short delivery cycles.

- Team Management - Manage a team of Sales representatives responsible for selling Enterprise Software and New Customer Acquisition

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for complex Enterprise SaaS Companies

- Extensive experience negotiating terms and closing contracts for business

- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills and written communication

- Strong cross-functional partner, particularly with Product, Marketing and Client Management teams.

- Experience of selling to the US from India

Responsibilities

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements
• Hands-on designing and creative skills

• Understand the brief from the team and come out with out-of-the-box ideas
• Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, style, and related aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools like Figma
• Well-versed with computer skills in Photoshop or Illustrator and/or Dreamweaver

Requirements:

• Hands on Experience on OneStream or Hyperion Planning/Essbase Applications.
• Implementation experience including Building application, modules, writing Business rules is must
• Must have Vb.net scripting experience or Essbase Calculation expertise is mandatory
• Hyperion Planning & Essbase is plus
• Cloud experience is preferred (Azure, GCP)
• Hands on Experience with SQL Server and RDBMS systems
• Understanding of Finance Business Functions (Budgeting, Forecasting), Financial Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

Primary Skills -

• PHP Version 7.1.33 or higher
• Codeigniter 3 or higher (PHP MVC Framework)
• MS SQL Server 2005 (DB)

• Lead and design solutions for complex testing problems by driving the requirements discussions with existing customers
• Conceptualize, design, develop and present the proposed solution; ensuring an integrated end-to-end testing solution is delivered 'right first time'
• Responsible for end to end pre-sales pursuit management in coordination with cross functional teams such as sales, delivery, horizontals, networking, marketing and process teams in global delivery model for the existing accounts
• Stay up to speed on process, practice and technology developments to ensure they enhance the solutions applied to the testing problems
• Act as a technical liaison between prospects, clients, quality engineering teams and management
• Engage with the customer build professional relationship; participate in teleconferences; lead customer workshops and presentations
• Mentor and train team members on domain and technology, help resolve any technical issues
• Travel to customer location across the geography to participate in proposal / RFP / SOW defense discussions and presentations
• Lead continuous improvement activities through contribution to technology repositories, supporting process change, leading transformational changes and driving re-use

Good to have Skills / Experience

• 14-18 years proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale testing accounts
• Experience as a Solution Architect or senior SME leading the development of solutions for testing complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers.
• Awareness of testing approaches, practices, techniques and methodologies to help design the overall testing solution
• Ability to have conversation with client (key stakeholders or key technologist at client). Ability to drive the discussion and arrive at conclusion
• The ability to see the big picture and manage multiple threads at the same time
• Well-versed in continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous testing
• Understand and plan for commercial aspects and impact on winnability and deliverability of the solution
• In depth knowledge of one or more technical specializations including - quality engineering, release management, test environment management, test automation, test data management, testing approaches and test execution, performance engineering, development operations.
• Experience with all SDLC (Agile, Scaled Agile, DevOps) and engagement models
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and the confidence to initiate and influence relationships with and between key stakeholders
• Know the art of negotiation, persuasion and deal management

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development and maintenance of applications with technologies involving Enterprise Java and Distributed  technologies.
2. Experience in Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Elastic Search, SQL, Kibana, Python, experience w/ machine learning and Analytics     etc.
3. Collaborate with developers, product manager, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements..
4. Collaborate with QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.
5. Assist in the design and implementation process for new products, research and create POC for possible solutions.
6. Develop components based on business and/or application requirements
7. Create unit tests in accordance with team policies & procedures
8. Advise, and mentor team members in specialized technical areas as well as fulfill administrative duties as defined by support process
9. Work with cross-functional teams during crisis to address and resolve complex incidents and problems in addition to assessment, analysis, and resolution of cross-functional issues.
