Job Title: QA Manual Engineer

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA (Quality Assurance) professional to join our team in Indore. As an Automation QA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify areas for automation and implement efficient testing strategies.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.     Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools.

2.     Execute automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability across different platforms and environments.

3.     Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop comprehensive test plans.

4.     Collaborate with developers to ensure that test cases are integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

5.     Analyze test results and report defects in a clear and concise manner, providing detailed information to facilitate debugging and resolution.

6.     Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide QA input and feedback.

7.     Continuously research and evaluate new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

8.     Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in automation testing, preferably in a software development environment.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.

Your responsibilities: 

• Efficiently managing the client's portfolio and ensuring excellent customer service through the accurate and timely delivery of service and campaigns to the client as per the requirement.
• Build digital marketing roadmap & proposals for clients which include social media, influencer, PR & performance marketing campaigns.
• Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities 
• Total client satisfaction, and for ensuring that regular reviews are conducted with the client
• Maintaining high levels of engagement for all your clients through the team.
• Should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders and be the primary point of contact for all the matters concerning the client.
• Support senior management on crisis management issues, if required
• Stay current on social media channels, trends and analytical tools
• Incorporate digital and social strategies into Integrated Communications programs to support client objectives and work with digital innovations group to develop and execute digital strategies 
• Manage and train the rest of the team 
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget for clients
• Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals 
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal functional teams to create marketing/ campaign plans

Pedigree: 

•     Bachelors’ degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent 

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.

Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10.

Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11.

Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

•

3-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

•

Qualification: Msc. Counselling Psychology

Msc. Applied Psychology (any specialization, preferably HR Specialization )

•

Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

•

Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

•

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to architects and interior designers according a marketing strategy

• Engaging the retail customers through marketing campaigns

Skills Required

• Desktop applications like MS Office

Experience

Software Engineer in Test/Test Engineer work within software development agile teams to

ensure software is designed and implemented for testability. They write automated unit,

component and system tests to ensure code quality and detect regressions early in the

development cycle. They are responsible for accurate test execution documentation. They also

maintain the integration and test frameworks used by multiple development teams. They must be

able to support a fast-paced agile software release process for one of Convergent’s cybersecurity

customers.

Job Duties
