Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the banking industry, with a strong focus on projects related to treasury, global markets, or wealth management.
• In-depth knowledge of banking processes, particularly in treasury, global markets, and wealth management, with the ability to translate business needs into project deliverables.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects using recognized project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with project management tools and software like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Job Description – Blueprism Developer

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.

About the role

As a Student Success Manager, you will be an individual contributor assisting EduRev’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and retaining existing customers by constantly supporting them. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Understanding the product and the target market audience. Become a product evangelist first.
• Handle the problems faced by users in real-time
• Ensuring that EduRev offers customer experience to all its users across multiple platforms.
