Roles and Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients.

● Understand customer business requirements and configure the platform accordingly.

● Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions(configurations, integrations etc), and user training.

● Guide clients through implementation and ensure timely go-live.

● Resolve client queries and coordinate with the Internal teams whenever required.

● Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

● Track onboarding milestones and maintain accurate implementation documentation.

● Identify process improvements and share client feedback with internal teams.

● Ensure customers are confident using the platform before transitioning them to the Customer Success team.

● Travel across India as and when required for implementation and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. ● Prior experience with SaaS products, ERP, OMS, WMS, or eCommerce platforms will be an added advantage.

● Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or similar ecosystems is a plus.

Quick Commerce & E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Quick Commerce & E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across our online sales channels, including quick commerce platforms, marketplaces, and D2C operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing inventory, order flow, and platform coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and operations across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate inventory planning and stock updates across channels
• Monitor order flow, fulfillment, and dispatch timelines
• Schedule and track FBA and marketplace shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and platform partners
• Track stock levels and prevent inventory stock-outs
• Monitor returns, cancellations, and operational issues
• Ensure smooth backend operations across all sales channels
• Generate and maintain operational reports as required

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or quick commerce operations
• Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, marketplace portals, and FBA operations
• Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and solve operational issues
• D2C or consumer brand experience preferred

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the growth of Factory Acquisition product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Identify, Plan and execute side Product Hacks to speedup Factory Acquisitions
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

OneCode is an agent led distribution platform for businesses predominantly in BFSI verticals. The platform enables businesses to outsource their need for sales agents through the OneCode Platform. OneCode is a Super App for the sales agents and the businesses who employ Sales Agents. For the business/brand it's a plug'n'play solution. The Sales agents who are on-boarded have to go through the content (training videos) + KYC. There are 1mn+ agents on the platform and 50+ clients (ICICI, Axis, Equitas, Upstox, Insurance Co's). India's 2nd largest Agent network.

We are looking for an experienced B2C UI/UX designer (Consumer front - large scale experienced)

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Working in good coordination with production managers and engineers
