Key Responsibility:

 The Sales Engineer shall aim to maximize profits through the implementation strategies.

 Analysing and investigating customer requirement, demand and competition

 Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

 Marketing activities like providing presentation and technical know-how to the probable end-

users

 Follow-up enquires & monitoring customer satisfaction throughout business cycle.

 Field work and should work on Targets.

 Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs.

 Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

 Review and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

 Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate new

leads and enhance brand visibility.

 Manage sales and customer service activities.

the globe in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by

providing strategic solutions to clients, overseeing technical pre-sales activities, and ensuring effective

collaboration between sales and technical teams.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

• Determines customers’ products needs and desires by market research. Well versed

with defining Product Definition Documents

• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing

product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product

• Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’

products

• Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing

communication objectives

• To increase market share, work closely with sales team to develop product sales

strategies.

• Provides information to management by preparing short-term and long-term product

sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests

• Help sales to close deal by providing solution based on company’s product offering

• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and

product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing

time schedules with Technology team

• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and

sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders

• Maintain and Upgrade professional and technical knowledge

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Some technical knowledge is preferable in the Mobile domain.

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

 In-depth understanding of telecommunications products, services, and solutions.

 Familiarity with network architecture, mobile technologies, and emerging telecom

trends.

 Certifications

 Proven track record in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal

development, and client presentations.

 Ability to translate technical features into business benefits for clients.

 Experience in leading and managing a pre-sales team.

 Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

 5+ years of experience in RFP management.
