Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential US businesses and decision-makers.
• Gather and analyze client requirements through research and communication.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Development teams for timely project execution.
• Prepare business proposals, requirement documents, reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, track project status, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Research, Market Research, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Experience working with US clients is preferred.
• Willing to work from the office in the Night Shift (US Process)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or 365.
• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• 4+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• 3+ Years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis &requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.
• Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
• Understanding of SQL Server 2016. Able to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards.
• Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet & Mobile Applications.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Azure is a plus but not mandatory.
• Hands on experience with Team Foundation Server. Responsibility :

Requirements

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field 0 to 1 years of experience in developing responsive, elegant, efficient and cross-browser front-end applications using Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 Hands on experience on various MVC frameworks, UI libraries such as ReactJS, D3.js Hands on experience on Map API’s like Google Maps, Openstreetmap and other powerful information-rich maps Familiar with UX processes and design Proven ability to drive large scale projects with deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration and leadership Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills

• Develop advanced and secure applications for Android phones and tablets
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies, libraries for application to improve the functionality
• Keep eye on new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  Unit-test based coding for modular coding, reusability;
• Writing readable code; Maintain technical documentation
• Bug fixes and improving performance of existing applications
• Work on new ideas for products, it’s prototypes and estimates
• Collaborate on projects with a closely knit team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science/ Engineering/ MCA
• 4+ years of experience on Project/Program Management roles working on managing complete development cycle of SaaS products/applications
• Certification in Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Project Management tools such as JIRA
• Software Development or QA Engineer background is a plus
• Ability to transform raw thoughts into clear technical documentation and/or direction
• Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify root cause, patience and commitment to solve
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and articulation skills

Requirements

• Graduates from CS/IT/MCA/EC/EE stream with no backlogs (10th, 12th and graduation above 65%)

• Participating as team member in all phases of software development life cycle including the analysis and design of system
