Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation scripts for newly developed features. Modify existing framework to augment feature testing needs.
• Continuously monitor automation test results and ensure no random test failures in automation.
• Identify the cross-browser / platform impacts during the planning phase and ensure high test coverage.
• Identify quality assurance process gaps and suggest actions for improvement.
• Ensures Zero defect leakages.
• Contribute Non-functional Testing aspects - Performance, Security, and Translation.
• Work closely with the Development team and ensure code is delivered with high code coverage.
• Contribute to continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

We are looking for WordPress Developer.

Experience - 1 to 4 years 

Location - Ahmedabad

5 Days working 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins
• Should have worked in backend and not just on admin panel
• Candidate should have the capability to create website using page builders like WPBakery, Elementor(Pro version) etc.
• This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).
• The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

• 5+ Years of experience in performance testing
• Must have proven experience in JMeter.
• Willing to join in a short notice period (20-25 days)
• Excellent proficiency in architecting and designing performance tests at an enterprise/application level on a variety of technical stacks based on the understanding of the architecture
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency to dig down and pinpoint performance issues and recommend probable tuning solutions

• Cable or wire marketing back ground is preferable.
• Communicate with office & production team for status of order and position of sales.
• Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
• Work closely with business Development team.
• Identifying and target new clients from different industries.
• Conducting regular research on prospects for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
• Generating new business from these clients.
• Converting these new businesses into key accounts.
• Developing new business initiatives with the client to increase the share of wallet.
• Understanding clients brief and articulate it into meaningful deliverable.
• Obtaining client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement.
• Driving client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients.
• Achieving Top and Bottom line Revenue & Profitability.
• Work with strong ethics and follow company's work-guidelines and procedures.
• Pitching for new business development, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and agencies.
