The Role
We are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented leader to join as Director – Fundraising & Partnerships.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will:
• Report directly to the Co-Founders
• Scale fundraising capacity 3x in the next 2 years
• Secure long-term, outcome-linked funding from CSR, HNIs, philanthropic foundations, and global development partners
• Represent organisation in key donor forums and build a high-performing fundraising team
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising Strategy & Leadership
• Lead execution of our's 2–3 year fundraising strategy aligned with growth goals
• Own annual fundraising targets, set KPIs, and ensure transparent reporting
• Drive donor lifecycle: prospecting, proposals, grant reporting, and relationship management
• Act as external face in funder interactions with CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors
• Build systems for agility, compliance, and long-term donor trust
2. Partnership Development & Network Building
• Develop pipeline of 50+ CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers
• Mobilize donor and champion networks to unlock opportunities
• Represent firm at sector forums and donor convenings
3. Communications & Collateral Oversight
• Oversee donor-facing communications: proposals, pitch decks, reports, and campaigns
• Ensure clarity and alignment with brand and impact narrative
• Use storytelling, data, and design for compelling funder engagement

• Build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team
• Establish robust systems for donor CRM, compliance, reporting, and audits

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team. You will be responsible for automating, monitoring, and managing machine learning workflows and infrastructure in production environments. This role is key to ensuring our AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Develop and manage scalable infrastructure using AWS, particularly AWS Sagemaker.
- Automate ML workflows using CI/CD best practices and tools.
- Ensure model reproducibility, governance, and performance tracking.
- Monitor deployed models for data drift, model decay, and performance metrics.
