Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Capable of independently conducting various aspects of business analysis, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Proactive in identifying and prioritizing issues within their domain and taking the initiative to work with the team to resolve them.
- Strong background in accounting and/or financial controlling
- Demonstrates a high level of skill and independence

Duties and responsibilities:
- Works closely with the development team and other stakeholders to investigate model business functions, business processes, information flows, and data structures
- Investigate operational issues, problems, and new opportunities; seek effective business solutions through improvements in aspects of business areas or systems of interest
- Assists in the analysis of underlying issues and their root causes, and identifies available options
- Communicates with clients and other stakeholders and assists in presenting issues and solutions both verbally and in writing

What You’ll Own
- Architect and build event-driven, cloud-native systems with clean data foundations, observability, and horizontal scalability at their core.
- Lead backend development using Node.js & TypeScript; contribute to frontend using React + TypeScript and Flutter where needed.
- Design efficient MySQL and Elasticsearch data models and pipelines to power real-time operations and analytics.
- Contribute to data architecture and early machine learning use cases such as pricing, recommendations, and operational forecasts.

Role Description:
We seek a Sales Development Representative (Fresher) to join our remote team at OptimHire. In this role, you will focus on scheduling demos with potential clients, which will then be conducted by our Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact, playing a key role in promoting our solutions and driving interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 300–350 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
- Book 4–5 demos per day for our Account Executives.
- Utilize email and LinkedIn to generate leads, nurture prospects, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Working Hours:
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift).
Fully remote position with the requirement to be available during these hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Inside Sales & Business Development skills (basic understanding or coursework is helpful).
- Lead Generation & Sales skills (experience in customer service or sales is a plus).
