Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to students who have completed their theory classes to assist them in scheduling their practical training sessions as part of the Personal Training Course.

• Manage incoming requests from students across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and messages, ensuring effective communication and clarity regarding practical training schedules.

• Maintain and update practical scheduling data in Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all relevant Stakeholders.

• Generate and distribute scheduling reports for review, tracking, and reference purposes.

Responsibilities:

Manages the architecture, design, and coding of software for TFI from concept to finished product, in order to answer the needs of the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments

Consults with end users within the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments to identify where technology can automate current processes to enhance revenues and cut cost

Maintains currency in technical skills and all relevant fixed income industry sector factors

May lead the work of others and provide ideas which help to enhance TFI software applications

Software design & development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven-Design and Object-Oriented Development

ORM frameworks, particularly the Entity Framework

Managing source code with Git, including Gitlow Workflow

• Interacting with customers and requirement gathering
• Facilitating conversations and negotiations to execute transaction processes.

• Worked for 2-4 years in sales or transaction manager in commercial leasing.
