Key Responsibilities

1) Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) in alignment with enterprise processes and license compliance.

2) Enhance and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate relationships, normalization, and reconciliation across CIs.

3) Build and scale SCCM, Intune, JAMF for real-time hardware and software inventory Implement discovery patterns, data imports, and CI class models aligned with CSDM and ITIL standards.

4) Develop and automate integrations between ServiceNow and systems such as SCCM,Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Coupa, and SailPoint using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers

.

5) Support CMDB and ITAM governance processes to maintain data quality, ownership, and lifecycle accuracy.

6) Create dashboards and reports for asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle tracking.

7) Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and Platform Owner to design solutions that scale with enterprise growth and align with platform roadmap

8) Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives

9) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, integration errors, and data discrepancies.

10) Support upgrade planning and testing to ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases

11) Document design specifications, data models, and workflow logic for governance and audits.

Senior PowerShell Automation Engineer (Microsoft 365 & Azure)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on PowerShell Automation Engineer with strong experience working across Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, Intune, and Graph API. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on scripting, automation, custom development, and integration, with a smaller portion of day-to-day administration.

This role requires a deep technical mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to automate complex operational tasks, build reusable frameworks, and optimize cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Build integrations using Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft 365 and Azure workloads.
• Automate user lifecycle management, compliance policies, security operations, and reporting.
• Implement automation for Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams provisioning.
• Perform configuration, optimization, and light administration of:
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
• Microsoft 365
• Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Develop automation workflows supporting CI/CD, cloud governance, and operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain database logic for automation tasks (SQL preferred).
• Troubleshoot complex issues across scripting, automation, and identity platforms.

Technical Skills Required

Primary (80–85% - Development & Automation)

✔ Strong hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation expertise

✔ Experience with Microsoft Graph / Graph API integrations

✔ CI/CD mindset for repeatable and scalable automation

✔ Database experience (SQL or any equivalent) for storing logs, metadata, and automation state

Secondary (20–25% - Administration)

✔ Administration knowledge in:

• Microsoft 365
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
• Intune / Endpoint Manager

✔ Experience with identity lifecycle management, conditional access, policies, and access governance

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or automation frameworks
• Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and tenant-level automation
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)

Required Qualifications:

• Prior Experience in ServiceNow development and administration in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to configure, develop, and implement functionality within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow System Developer, Administrator Certification.
• Ability to relate to software engineering challenges and practices.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Education: BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent on the job, hands-on experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of overall IT experience, with a practical understanding of various technologies and processes such as operations systems, storage, networking, monitoring, and discovery.
• Experience delivering automated solutions and impl12ementation of highly scalable, highly available services.
• Other ServiceNow Micro Certifications.
