Job Role - Social Media Marketing Intern

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends and digital marketing

strategies, with a keen interest in developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will assist in

managing our social media presence and contributing to our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media

platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

● Social Media Management: Support the scheduling and posting of content across social

media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s brand voice and

marketing objectives.

● Engagement: Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments

and messages in a timely and professional manner, and engage with followers to build a

strong online community.

● Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and

recommendations for improvement based on data trends and reports.

● Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and

promotions, including writing copy, designing visuals, and tracking results.

● Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies into our social media efforts.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.

Job Description:

4. Work with BA to document and break the requirement into modules and features.

5. Work with the tech team to gather solution approach and estimation.

6. To consult the prospect on the solution approach.

7. To work with BA to prepare proposal and scope document.

8. To work on contract documents and initiate projects.

9. Develop a growth strategy focused both on new business generation and customer satisfaction

10. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

11. Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

12. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

13. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

●  Overall 8+ Years of Experience in Web Application development.

●  5+ Years of development experience with JAVA8 , Springboot, Microservices and middleware

●  3+ Years of Designing Middleware using Node JS platform.

●  Good to have 2+ Years of Experience in using NodeJS along with AWS Serverless platform.

●  Good Experience with Javascript / TypeScript, Event Loops, ExpressJS, GraphQL, SQL DB (MySQLDB), NoSQL DB(MongoDB) and YAML templates.

●  Good Experience with TDD Driven Development and Automated Unit Testing.

●  Good Experience with exposing and consuming Rest APIs in Java 8, Springboot platform and Swagger API contracts.

●  Good Experience in building NodeJS middleware performing Transformations, Routing, Aggregation, Orchestration and

Authentication(JWT/OAUTH).

●  Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

●  Experience working in Agile Scrum Methodology.

●  Very good Problem-Solving Skills.

●  Very good learner and passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Will work with a team of test engineers to ensure the highest quality product delivery and define measurable metrics to gauge progress against objective QA goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in hands-on testing and 3 years of experience as a manager.
• Experience managing senior test engineers
• Experience in Python
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in managing resources and area ownership within a distributed and adaptable model.
• Strong knowledge in automated testing methods and technologies required, preferably with (Selenium, REST Assured, SoapUI)
• A solid engineering foundation indicated by a demonstrated understanding of product design, life cycle, software development practices, and support services.
• Experience with standard test, defect, and automation management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and Jenkins.
• As the team needs to develop continuous integration of the framework we are looking for someone with CI/CD Infrastructure experience.
• Proven track record to lead a team efficiently when working with tight deadlines across multiple projects while maintaining a balanced work environment.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple sites and time zones
• Experience in delivering large releases to the customer through direct and partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 3 years’ experience with scripting languages, such as Python.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as PyTest, Robot, and Postman.
• Experience with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes 
• Knowledge on testing open source applications
• Domain knowledge in Data Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions.simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results
• Experience in a SaaS environment that has an agile development process is a huge plus 
• Strong people management skills with a proven ability to hire and grow talented programmatic and user-level personnel
• Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements
