Programming Skills Required:

Answering customer queries
● Maintaining and analyze the customer database
● Tracking all the complaints,feedback, requirements
raised by customers and prepare reports

● Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality WIFI applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Job requirement and Skills
- Embedded development in C/C++ on Linux
- Experience with WiFI chipsets (Atheros / Qualcomm / Broadcom)
- Worked with WiFi drivers and WiFi stack
- Strong debugging skills

SAP Basis / HANA
- Solution Manager/FRUN Experience with detail knowledge of how SOLMAN system is integrated with Ticketing Tools.
- Experience in Solution Manager Technical monitoring.
- End to end monitoring for the sap system during the changes when the monitoring is not available or until the new one is in place
- Manage the team to get the assigned task done on time adhering the SLA.
- Align with different stakeholders to discuss the progress of multiple tasks.
- SPOC of Alert management team.
- Able to solve and coordinate RCA and support during critical system behaviour.
- Audit Experience.
- Detailed Technical experience in SAP BASIS and HANA systems administrations.
- Experience in setting up System Replications, High Availability and Disaster recovery.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls/emails/chats in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts/templates when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our contact centre database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post- Graduate with 0-6 Months experience in a customer support role
- Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and good typing skills.

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Should have experience in full life cycle of Web Application Development in Linux environment using Apache, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL/ Oracle.

KRA – Manager Presales

- Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations versus actual service levels.
- Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP, and RFI responses
- Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and Web research
- Create proposals, sign-off documents, and integration documents.
- Expected to be thorough with the products of the company and if there are any new developments or innovations going on.
The person holding this position is responsible for leading the solution development and implementing advanced analytical approaches across a variety of industries in the supply chain domain.
At this position you act as an interface between the delivery team and the supply chain team, effectively understanding the client business and supply chain.

Qualification and Experience
- 4+ years of analytics experience in supply chain – preferable industries hi-tech, consumer technology, CPG, automobile, retail or e-commerce supply chain.
- Master in Statistics/Economics or MBA or M. Sc./M. Tech with Operations Research/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
- Hands-on experience in delivery of projects using statistical modelling
Skills / Knowledge
- Hands on experience in statistical modelling software such as R/ Python and SQL.
- Experience in advanced analytics / Statistical techniques – Regression, Decision tress, Ensemble machine learning algorithms etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
- Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
- APICS-CSCP or PMP certification will be added advantage

- Working knowledge on the linear/nonlinear optimization
- Ability to structure problems through a data driven decision-making process.
