We are looking for dynamic and motivated Team Leaders with experience in Loan products and Sales (B2B/B2C). The ideal candidate will have 0–3 years of total work experience, including at least 1+ year in a team-handling role. Preference will be given
to candidates who have worked with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
• Drive sales of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) through B2B and B2C channels.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance.
• Monitor team KPIs, generate reports, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high value deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and client servicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Loans or Financial Products
domain.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with DSA channels is a plus and highly preferred.
