Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trading applications.
- Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and write the acceptance test cases.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans.
- Perform regression, performance, and end to end testing to ensure software reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend.
- Report on coverage, functionality, defect aging, closure reports to the stakeholders so that they know the stability of releases.
- Integrate automation cases into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ Years experience in automation testing for web and backend applications.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of basic SQL queries to validate data in the databases
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Responsible for communicating with customers from a collections stand-point
● Omni channel communication such as Email, SMS, Tele Calling etc.
● Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments in a friendly manner, and proactively propose
solutions based on defined SOPs
● Monitor accounts on a daily basis
● Identify outstanding account receivables
● Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Finance, Sales, and the Legal team.
● Investigate historical data for debts and bills
● Developing debt collection strategies and plans
● Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
● Process payments and refunds
● Resolve billing issues
● Ensure compliance to all federal and local regulations for collection process

REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field
● 3-6 years of relevant experience
● Experience working in the collections team for consumer credit products such as Credit Card,
Personal Loan, Education Loan, 2W and 4W, Home Loan, etc.
● Excellent knowledge of various collection techniques
● Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans and strategies to prevent losses
● Knowledge of MS Office, Data Interpretation, databases, and alternate mode of collections

- The successful candidate must have hands-on testing experience on any web application (Any Architecture) and should have in-depth knowledge on the architecture of current/previous projects.
- The successful candidate must have hands-on testing experience on testing UI / Front End on different configurations of browsers.
- The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge on Testing Methodologies & defect Management systems
- The successful candidate must have Good knowledge on CRM domain
- The successful candidate will need to work closely with other teams in IT including Business Solution Analyst, Engineering & Release Management,
- The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other engineers and project stakeholders on the test case Sign off, test case execution and test reporting of solutions and integrations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for functional, integration and system testing the integrations using the appropriate technology/tools. They will work closely with the Engineering team to validate their integration, and with Operations to investigate, troubleshoot, and address production issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 + years Experience in Web Application Testing on multiple configurations of browsers
- Knowledge of Database (any) and ability to write SELECT queries with ease.
- Experience on testing web services is an advantage.
- Proven track record of designing test plans and test cases and executing the integration projects on the Force.com platform
- Adhere to STLC standards.
- Excellent in communication skills & a good team player.
- Quality Certifications would be advantage.
- Knowledge of validating, and troubleshooting XML schemas.
- Knowledge on Performance / Security tools is an advantage.
- Experience with Test management tools (i.e JIRA), test automation (i.e QTP , Selenium) and defect tracking tools (JIRA)
Desirable Skills
- Prior experience with any marketing automation tool, such has Hubspot, Eloqua, Exact target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe MArketo will be a advantage.
- Hands on experience on OOB solution testing, Cloud Based testing
- Adobe Marketing cloud product knowledge
- Hands-on experience on testing workflow based applications with keen attention to integration between various systems.
- Hands on Experience on Automating web applications will be an advantage.
- Knowledge on any automation tool that can be used on CRM Applications is a desirable;
