Job Description: We seek an energetic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our internet marketing team. You will be responsible for working with our clients to improve their organic search results, manage SEO campaigns, identify areas of opportunity, and attempt to improve the client's site rankings in major search engines. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with solid SEO fundamentals and a demonstrated record of SEO success. This position is for someone who can wear many hats, is passionate about all things related to content marketing and SEO, and cares for their team and our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer with 4.5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, system design, and API integration. You’ll play a key role in designing and building high-performance backend systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable. As a core member of the engineering team, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other developers to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend components, REST APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and system design discussions.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and work with external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support the team’s technical growth.
• Work closely with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and non-production environments.
• Keep up with industry trends and advocate for best practices in backend development.

Required Skills:

• 4.5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java (Java 8 or above).
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proficient with version control systems like Git and tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Good knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• 15+ years of Hands-on technical application architecture experience and Application build/ modernization experience

• 15+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles.

• Ability to travel to client locations as needed (25-50%)

• Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment

• Experience with designing and building applications using AWS services such as EC2, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS OpsWorks

• Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability

• Hands-on programming skills in any of the following: Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, .NET or Scala

• Agile software development expert
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)

• Hands-on familiarity with CloudFormation

• Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible)

Senior Infrastructure Professional

Role:

10+ years(approx) of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.

Experience in networking, compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers), and architecting/developing/maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.

Experience in one of the following: Networking, DevOps, Security, Compute/Storage, Hadoop, Kubernetes

Cloud certification.

7 years of experience demonstrating technical client service.

Experience in one or more of the following: Software development, managing large-scale Windows/Linux environments, network design and deployment, database(s), storage systems. Experience with networking and system design of load balancers, firewalls, and VPN in architecting, developing and/or maintaining production-grade systems.

Customer-facing migration experience, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.

The Job
The Architect, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence including Computer Vision will grow and lead a team of talented Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) researchers and engineers to develop innovative machine learning algorithms, scalable ML system, and AI applications for Racetrack. This role will be focused on developing and deploying personalization and recommender system, search, experimentation, audience, and content AI solutions to drive user experience and growth.

The Daily

• Develop innovative data science solutions that utilize machine learning and deep learning algorithms, statistical and quantitative modelling approaches to support product, engineering, content, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and lead a world-class team of ML and AI scientists and engineers.
• Be a hands-on leader to mentor the team in latest machine learning and deep learning approaches, and to introduce new technologies and processes. Single headedly manage the MVP and PoCs
• Work with ML engineers to design solution architecture and develop scalable machine learning system to accelerate learning cycle.
• Identify data science opportunities that deliver business value.
• Develop ML/AI/CV roadmap and educate both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive implementation and measurement.
• Hands on experience in Image processing for auto industry

The Essentials

• 8 + years of work experience in Machine Learning, AI and Data Science with a proven track record to drive innovation and business impacts

• Strong machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelling expertise, such as causal inference modelling, ensembles, neural networks, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with big data platform (AWS, Snowflake, Spark, Google Cloud etc.)
