Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer/ Designer sales associate, located on-site in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing creative solutions for interiors, working with clients to identify and define their needs, creating designs, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. The candidate for this role must be able to assess client needs, develop design concepts, collaborate with sales team to provide consultations, provide exceptional customer experience and service to clients. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or a related field

2-5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior design and sales

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

Experience with sales, negotiating with clients, and managing projects from inception to completion

Strong client-facing and communication skills with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in design trends and advancements

Your Key Responsibilities:

•  Complete all about Coschool & SchoolAI product modules on time and clear product assessments.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of product workflows for Principals, Teachers, Students, and Parents.
• Perform AI-led and peer role plays with clarity in pitch, demo flow, and objection handling.
• Develop your own pitch style and demo flow using key product messages, and deliver mock demos with clarity, creativity and strong communication as per evaluation standards.Shadow real demos and school interactions during the 15-day onsite phase.
• Maintain 100% attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of all tasks.

Job Title: Data Engineer / Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer / Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, workflow orchestration, cloud platforms (GCP/Google BigQuery), big data frameworks (Apache Spark or similar), API integration, and Oracle EBS. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integrating various systems, and ensuring data quality and consistency across platforms. Knowledge of Ascend.io is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Python and workflow automation tools.
