We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with expertise in infrastructure as a code, configuration management, continuous integration, continuous deployment, automated monitoring for big data workloads, large enterprise applications, customer applications, and databases.

What you will do?

• Automate infrastructure creation using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Perform application configuration management and enable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) through deployment tools.
• Own and manage the build and release cycle for customer projects.
• Share responsibilities for deploying releases and other operations and maintenance activities.
• Enhance operations infrastructure such as Jenkins clusters, Bitbucket, monitoring tools (Consul), and metrics tools like Graphite and Grafana.
• Provide operational support for the engineering team and help migrate legacy infrastructure to the cloud.
• Establish and enforce operational best practices.
• Actively participate in hiring culturally aligned engineers and mentoring them in their career growth.
• Collaborate with founders to design team strategy and contribute to long-term technical planning.
• Work across distributed teams (US & India) and collaborate with customer SMEs to ensure business logic alignment.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• 4+ years of experience in configuration management and systems engineering, supporting large-scale Agile environments.
• 4+ years of Linux or Windows administration experience.
• 4+ years of working with Git and solid understanding of branching and merging strategies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and platform services.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud automation tools such as Ansible or Chef.
• 2+ years of experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS), AWS ECS, and Docker.
• You are proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong drive to improve reliability and scalability.

You will be preferred if

• Expertise with multiple cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) or DevOps Professional.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, big data processing, or machine learning workflows on cloud platforms.

We are looking for a highly skilled Linux-focused DevOps Engineer with strong troubleshooting capabilities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Linux systems, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Ansible automation. This role requires deep debugging skills and structured root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues through deep log analysis.

• Manage and optimize Linux-based production environments.

• Deploy and manage workloads in Kubernetes clusters.

• Provision and manage infrastructure using OpenStack.

• Automate configuration management using Ansible. • Diagnose networking issues including DNS, routing, and firewall configurations.

• Develop automation scripts using Bash or Python.

• Participate in production incident handling and RCA documentation. Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Linux internals knowledge (systemd, processes, memory, I/O). • Experience analyzing system logs (/var/log, journalctl, dmesg).

• Hands-on Kubernetes production troubleshooting.

• OpenStack VM provisioning and networking knowledge.

• Ansible playbook and role development experience.

• Strong scripting skills (Bash or Python).

Good to Have

• Terraform exposure. • Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK. • Experience in multi-tenant environments. • On-call production support experience.

2 - 5 Years of Experience in any Programming any language (Polyglot Preferred ) & System Operations • Awareness of Devops & Agile Methodologies • Proficient in leveraging CI and CD tools to automate testing and deployment . • Experience in working in an agile and fast paced environment . • Hands on knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS / GCP / Azure). • Cloud networking knowledge: should understand VPC, NATs, and routers. • Contributions to open source is a plus. • Good written communication skills are a must. • Proficient in Linux Commands line and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in AWS Services. Deployment, Monitoring and troubleshooting applications in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with CI tooling preferably with Jenkins.
• Proficient in deployment using Ansible.
• Knowledge of infrastructure management tools (Infrastructure as cloud) such as terraform, AWS cloudformation etc.
• Proficient in deployment of applications behind load balancers and proxy servers such as nginx, apache.
• Scripting languages: Bash, Python, Groovy.
• Experience with Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting tools like ELK(Elastic-search, Logstash, Kibana), Nagios. Graylog, splunk Prometheus, Grafana is a plus.

• Automate deployments of infrastructure components and repetitive tasks.
• Drive changes strictly via the infrastructure-as-code methodology.
• Promote the use of source control for all changes including application and system-level changes.
• Design & Implement self-recovering systems after failure events.
• Participate in system sizing and capacity planning of various components.
• Create and maintain technical documents such as installation/upgrade MOPs.
• Coordinate & collaborate with internal teams to facilitate installation & upgrades of systems.
• Support 24x7 availability for corporate sites & tools.

You'll need:

• BS/MS degree in CS-or- a related field with 5+ years of engineering management experience leading productive, high-functioning teams
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development
• Ability to hire while ensuring a high hiring bar, keep engineers motivated, coach/mentor, and handle performance management
• Experience running production services in Public Clouds such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Experience with running large stateful data systems in the Cloud
• Prior knowledge of Cloud architecture and implementation features (multi-tenancy, containerization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
• A great track record of shipping features and hitting deadlines consistently; should be able to move fast, build in increments and iterate; have a sense of urgency, aggressive mindset towards achieving results and excellent prioritization skills; able to anticipate future technical needs for the product and craft plans to realize them
