Java Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular) We are solving complex technical problems in the financial industry and need talentedsoftware engineers to join our mission and be a part of a global software development team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship newfeatures, and you will work closely with Architects to ensure the technical feasibilityof designs and implement them accordingly.

Required Skills:  Exp. - 4 to 9 years.  Experience in Core Java 8 and above, Spring (including Core, Web Mvc, Batch, Cloud etc).  Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale n-tier applications for financial domain. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be awareof enterprise application design patterns.  Should be able to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency clientfacing applications.  Develop user interfaces for modern web applications using Angular.

Role overview

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer (SDE II / SDE III) to join our team and help build cutting-edge, immersive, and highly performant web applications. This role demands deep technical expertise in React, Next.js, Three.js, and WebGL/OpenGL, along with a strong foundation in frontend architecture and performance optimization.The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality interfaces, thrives on solving complex problems, and has prior experience leading frontend initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and modular frontends using React and Next.js.
• Implement responsive, accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS.
• Design and develop interactive 3D experiences using Three.js, WebGL, and the Canvas API.
• Write custom shaders using GLSL and implement low-level WebGL rendering pipelines.
• Set standards for frontend architecture, including code structure, testing, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor junior frontend developers and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and team growth.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of state management tools such as Context API or Zustand.
• Proficient with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in frontend architecture and leading large-scale projects.
• Advanced skills in Three.js, GLSL shaders, and WebGL/OpenGL.
• Familiarity with the Canvas API for 2D rendering.
• Strong grasp of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Clear understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Hands-on experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Next.js App Router and server components (Next.js 13+).
• Familiarity with animation libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP.
• Understanding of backend fundamentals (REST, GraphQL, authentication).
• Experience working on interactive applications in domains such as gaming, XR, or data visualization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and configuration of Dynatrace OneAgent across platforms (mainly Linux).
• Support the development of monitoring dashboards and custom metrics for IT and business use cases.
• Configure alerting thresholds and profiles for proactive incident detection.
• Integrate Dynatrace with notification tools and ITSM systems like ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy.
• Troubleshoot agent installation and connectivity issues.
• Help implement Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring and OpenTelemetry integrations.
• Contribute to scripting automation using Bash/Python and API-based solutions.
• Document processes, playbooks, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Assist in managing Dynatrace Managed (On-Premise) environments and maintaining agent configurations.
• Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and visualizations for real-time insights.
• Automate event ingestion and data extraction for performance reporting.

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.  

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 

2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday 

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents) 

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes 

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections 

6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue  per month)

India Shift (10:30am to 8:30 pm) - INR 6.6 LPA (4.23 LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable)  US/ Canada Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00 am) - INR 7.10 LPA (4.83 Fixed + 2.3 LPA Variable)

Currently We are Looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
