Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage FinTech projects including digital payments, lending platforms, banking integrations, and financial applications. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure project alignment.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and senior management for updates and reporting.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status reports.
• Support product releases, integrations, and deployment planning.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall).
• Experience working with FinTech products such as payments, lending platforms, banking systems, or digital wallets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, payments, lending, or financial platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and financial systems.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience working with international teams or clients.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Jammu. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to design across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities-

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing content and product teams to develop design concepts.
• Edit and finalize designs based on feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools and design software.

Requirements-

• 2-5 years of proven graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Skilled in Java / J2EE including frameworks like Microservices, Spring boot, hibernate etc
• Experience with microservices-based architecture including building
• Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra), App server Knowledge (Tomcat/JBoss etc.), OSGi, REST Web Services
• Working / Usage experience of Docker, Microservices, Jenkins, Multithreading, Design patterns, Java 1.8 and Container
• Experience with Cloud computing in added advantage (AWS / Azure)
• Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise.

- Generate revenue by structured counseling sessions to prospects and converting them to paid enrolment and advise student/parents for their learning needs through effective online demos.  

• Foster New Relationships with Taxi Operators, Taxi Drivers, Automobile OEM Partnership, Educate them @ the Mobile App/Software Offerings & Benefits, to convert them into signing up for the taxi application
• Maintain Existing relationships & maintain healthy nature of business to generate the Referral programs with Travel agencies and Consolidators
• Handling the Business Development activities in his/her area, assigned
• Identify & Develop Business Opportunities for product solutions for tie-up in terms of large groups of Taxi man, Selling salient points & get them to enrol along with other taxi friends of them, whilst driving things in very social & friendly manner
• Providing training on Mobile app interface and managing its implementation
• Identify opportunities to sell product & solutions in order to generate revenue for the organization by presenting new/existing products and services and enhance existing relationship
• Ensure optimum usage of the Mobile app provided to Taxi fellows & give them basic training of the mobile app to make them understand & increase the usage pattern
• Making Daily sales calls to get to the taxi people and engage with them in formal & informal way for adoption of the mobile app
• Organise small training session in office to get them more understanding
• Introducing VAS services like paying taxes, insurance, RTO regulatory paper filling & take them to centre/offices for guidance
• Encourage them to make more enrolment & design a referral program new products and functionalities on the applications of existing clients / OLTAs.
• Should be able to find new avenues & targets for finding new Taxi Operators by tie-up with Existing Database, cull out from internet the required churn of new people to call & meet them personally
• This is sales with personal driven strategy to achieve required set of targets & maintain relationship with them as well
• Solve queries of existing drivers & encourage them to resolve other queries when they are fully equipped
• Organise multiple training programs, Learning Workshops, Complaint of Mobile app for increasing overall business from exiting & new mobile app signup
• Ensuring effective achievement of targets and preparation of reports.
• Preparing and giving sales presentations to prospective customers. 
• Monitoring industry trends as well as competition.

• Bringing in domain expertise in sales & marketing.
• Developing and implementing the short, medium and long term E Commerce Channel Sales & Marketing strategy in consultation with Special Channel head and business units, product portfolio management with P&L responsibility
• Inventory Management; Managing metrics related to inventory, purchasing forecasts and transportation, monitoring stocks in warehouse & process standardization to ensure smooth functioning of packaging & order delivery.
• Grievance Handling; Resolving product returns & late delivery related grievances.
• Development of processes for timely collection process, timely payment tp all vendors related to supply chain/fulfilment.

Skills & Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Information Technology
• Deep understanding and hands on experience in Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, Spring, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, JPA, CSS3, Angular 2+, Jquery, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Scripting, Stored Procedures, Jenkins, Git
• Experience with REST APIs
• Work on Design patterns, UML Design (Any UML tool is fine), Application and DB clustering.
• Very good understanding of database (MySQL or Oracle), knowledge in query performance optimization
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities, and environment
• Exposure to responsive / progressive web development would be an added advantage.

B.Tech/ B.E or M.Tech/M.E (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science) , MCA from a reputed School and University.
