Role Overview

As a Payroll In-Charge, you will manage the complete payroll lifecycle—from attendance validation to salary processing, statutory compliance, and Full & Final settlements—working closely with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

-End-to-End Payroll Management

Manage the complete payroll cycle including attendance validation, salary processing, payslip generation, approvals, and monthly payroll closure with high accuracy.

-Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

Ensure accurate calculation and timely deposit of PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS, maintaining all statutory records and ensuring zero penalties, notices, or compliance issues.

-Employee Payroll Support & Confidentiality

Address employee payroll-related queries promptly while maintaining strict confidentiality of salary and payroll information.

-Full & Final Settlements & Record Management

Handle Full & Final settlements for exiting employees, maintain exit documentation, and ensure all payroll, attendance, and statutory records are accurate and audit-ready.

Who Should Apply
