Role

The Business Development Manager is a key role within EAI. This position will play a lead role in developing the business plan and future strategic direction of EAI and will formulate, implement strategies, develop revenue-producing relationships and best practices to achieve new Clients and manage relationships with existing Client.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

• Manage end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Achieve growth targets while ensuring profitability.

• Develop new commercial models and expand Experience & Engagement Services.

• Identify new market segments and maintain a strong sales funnel.

• Drive innovation: develop new products/services and implement initiatives.

• Conduct market surveys and competitor research regularly.

• Collaborate with operations and finance for seamless client service delivery.

• Lead and manage a large, geographically dispersed team across India.

Requirements

• Experience in working with Banking, Automobile, Concierge, Insurance, Hospitality, Airlines, Travel & Cybersecurity Allied sectors

• 7-10 years of overall experience, Enterprise sales experience of 5+ years

• Require: MBA

• Real hunger and energy to setup and grow the business and secure deals with a hunter's aptitude.

• A strong analytical skill set to help identify key target sectors and structure complex deals that deliver long-term results.

• Having a strong network of professional contacts within Automobile, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Travel sectors and Cyber Security would be an advantage.

• A real focus on the consumer - probably acquired through experience in a consumer-facing organization.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in computer vision and architectural design. The ideal candidate will lead the development of robust, scalable AI systems, drive architectural decisions, and contribute significantly to the deployment of real-time video analytics, multi-model systems, and intelligent automation

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and lead the architecture of complex AI systems in the domain of computer vision and real-time inference.

 Build and deploy models for object detection, image segmentation, classification, and tracking.

 Mentor and guide junior engineers on deep learning best practices and scalable software engineering.

 Drive end-to-end ML pipelines: from data ingestion and augmentation to training, deployment, and monitoring.

 Work with YOLO-based and transformer-based models for industrial use-cases.

 Lead integration of AI systems into production with hardware, backend, and DevOps teams.

 Develop automated benchmarking, annotation, and evaluation tools.

 Ensure maintainability, scalability, and reproducibility of models through version control, CI/CD, and containerization.

Required Skills

 Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

 Strong experience with YOLO, segmentation networks (UNet, Mask R-CNN), and

tracking (Deep SORT).

 Sound understanding of real-time video analytics and inference optimization.

 Hands-on experience designing model pipelines using Docker, Git, MLflow, or similar tools.

 Familiarity with OpenCV, NumPy, and image processing techniques.

 Proficiency in deploying models on Linux systems with GPU or edge devices (Jetson, Coral)

Good to Have

 Experience with multi-model orchestration, streaming inference (DeepStream), or virtual camera inputs.

 Exposure to production-level MLOps practices.

 Knowledge of cloud-based deployment on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.

 Familiarity with synthetic data generation, augmentation libraries, and 3D modeling tools.

 Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in the AI/ML space.

Qualifications

 B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

 4+ years of proven experience in AI/ML with a focus on computer vision and system- level design.

 Strong portfolio or demonstrable projects in production environments

We are seeking an experienced quality assurance engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. As a quality assurance engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. Your role includes designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions.

The role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets as per the requirements.
