Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller & Lead Qualifier who will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, consistency in calling, and the ability to handle a high volume of leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential leads
- Qualify customer interest and schedule 8–12 appointments per day
- Follow up with 20–30 warm leads daily
- Maintain accurate daily call logs in Excel or CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Fluent in Gujarati , Hindi & Basic English
- Clear voice and confident telephone communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
- Age between 20–30 years
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities Proposal Engineering Analyse and review customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) for steam turbine systems and auxiliary equipment. Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for steam turbines, auxiliaries, and balance-of-plant (BOP) systems. Coordinate with customers, consultants, and internal departments for technical clarifications. Review tender specifications, data sheets, P&IDs, and customer requirements.
