Summary :

We are looking for an experienced CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) Developer with strong expertise in parallel computing and performance optimization.

Responsibilities :

• Optimize and debug CUDA applications for high performance.
• Improve algorithm efficiency through effective parallelization.
• Stay updated with the latest CUDA advancements.

Requirements :

• Experience : 5+ Years in Software Development, including 3+ Years in CUDA and 5+ Years in C++.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in C/C++, CUDA (12.0+ preferred), cuBLAS, cuDNN, and performance tuning.
• Other Skills : Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for as a Business Development Executive at Appectual IT Solutions in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

What will I be doing?

• Organized and facilitated project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos and other project related meetings
•  Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation both internal and third party           
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Should be well versed with project management domains: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing

What skill do I need?

• Experience in IT industry with 3+ years of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
• Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Experience as a PHP/Node/Java developer or other technologies to lead a team of PHP programmers Workflow Management, design and implementation in all its stages 
• Remove team impediments on a daily basis to allow the team to deliver the sprint goals and deliverables.

Required Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS

• Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system
• Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
• Writing non-blocking, optimized, reusable and scalable code
•  Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular
•  Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets
•  Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
• Documenting the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions
• Creating e2e test suites for all components, and running them with Protractor (or a well reasoned alternative)
• Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments

Qualification and Experience:

• B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA / PGDCA / M.Sc. (CS) /M.E. / M. Tech
• 4+ years of experience in Web Application and Backend Development
• Proven expertise in testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results
• Experience with AngularJS (v1.x.x) would be a value-add
• Proficient knowledge of Python or any other back-end programming language
• Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented design and development
• Proven expertise in testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results
• Experience in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases would be a value-add
• Knowledge of Microservices, Dockers, Kubernetes
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and/or Amazon Web Services

3. Thorough understanding of MVC framework in Php using Laravel and Lumen
4. Writing backend code with SOLID principle
5. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
6. Hands on experience with MySQL and PostgresSQL
7. Rock solid understanding of Blade template engine
8. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
9. Documenting backend code and APIs using Swagger
10. Expert Knowledge of code deployment on AWS is a must
11. Knowledge of NoSQL will be an added advantage
12. Expert in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
