Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition & Business Development Specialist to join our team at The Craft Tank. This individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and nurturing strong relationships, and leveraging a robust network to drive growth and success for our agency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional networking skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to translate opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to build a pipeline of new business opportunities in various industries.

Networking: Leverage existing relationships and networks to connect with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry leaders to create new leads and business opportunities.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry professionals.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for client outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Proposal Development: Work closely with the creative and strategic teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities to help position the agency as a leading service provider.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, address any concerns, and close deals to ensure long-term partnerships.

Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth transition of new clients to the account management team, ensuring a seamless experience from the outset.

Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, client acquisition metrics, and other key business development KPIs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.

Strong networking abilities with a solid list of connections in the advertising, marketing, and/or related industries.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.

Highly motivated with a passion for client relationship management and business growth.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of advertising trends and marketing strategies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in or with advertising agencies.

Position Overview:

As an Android Developer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

● Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Qualifications:

What does the role look like?

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and technically-savvy Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE). Should be an excellent individual contributor capable of understanding and driving test execution with minimal help. Who can work towards understanding application performance, functionality, and features to great depth enabling them to report issues, take ownership and drive them to closure.

What will you be doing?
 Develop and execute automated tests and test plans
 Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of the products(API and App)
 Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines
 Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
 Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
 Work with Engineering and product to understand the overall product requirements and technical architecture and how each feature is implemented
 Ensure the highest quality product delivery with security.
 Evaluating and integrate open source and in house developed toolsets

What will you need ?
 Bachelor/Master degree in CS or related field from a reputed college
 Experience in manual testing for Application and APIs
 Experience in automation testing using available framework.
 Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks and tools
 Demonstrated experience in test planning, test design, test execution and reporting.
 Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical partners.
 Understanding & experience with software design pattern, restful APIs and microservice architecture
 Prior experience in start-ups or health-tech will be a plus

Responsibilities -

• Working closely with the manager or assigned inside-sales rep, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Conducting desktop research, gathering prospect information through LinkedIn or using tools on the Web.
• Observing and carrying out inside sales processes.
• Joining sales calls and helping them in recording main points.
• Research and generate lists of potential customers or companies.
• Provide input on customer briefs and help sales rep with presentations.
