Duties & Responsibilities:
Make about 250 outbound calls per day to potential customers
Sales closure to processing
Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Strategic approach to retention & customer service
Telemarketing / Telesales or customer service experience (1 yr)

Ability to mould sales pitch according to the client behaviour & background

Proficient in Microsoft Office – basics of MS word & MS excel, with an average typing speed

Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.

Having worked in a similar domain doing sales lead calls for similar products (HP, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, AWS) would be preferred. Candidates who have sold to Indian customers or consumers would help.
The role includes complete sales cycle from generating an opportunity to nurturing to negotiations to clusure to logging the order to followup on delivery to payment collection to managing the customer.
Should be good in reporting and documentation work and adept in tools like MS excel, word, powerpoint.
Should be able to handle team and take decisions. Should be able to motivate team to achieve their goals and help them wherever necessary.

Compensation Structure (INR 8 - 10 LPA) :
Fixed Component: The compensation offered varies from INR 4 LPA - INR 6 LPA based on your experience and qualification.
Variable Compensation: Industry highest variable model. NO CAP ( We are early stage, there is no restriction on what you can earn)
Proven B2C Sales track record of exceeding targets, & 2 years of Sales experience (Edtech preferred, not mandatory)
Reach out to existing and potential Learners to present our service offering, 100-150 calls on a daily basis with at least 60 connects.
Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling targets), willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics
Fluency in English, ability, and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
Achieving enrollment targets (End to End Sales). Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future
Graduation mandatory in any field, working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint
- Converting Telephonic/ web enquiries into admissions
- Achieving business targets through effective counselling, as per timelines
- Following up for lead generations through tele-calling, WhatsApp, email, etc.
