Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Flipkart Minutes / Uber Eats Process)

About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading customer service processes (Flipkart Minutes and Uber Eats) at Mohali. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in customer support through chat and non-voice operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and support channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and service standards.
- Follow process guidelines and meet productivity targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers and candidates with 6+ months of customer service experience can apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Compensation
Flipkart Minutes Process
- CTC up to ₹20,000 per month
- Approx. ₹16,400 in-hand salary
Uber Eats Process (International Non-Voice)
- CTC: ₹26,000 + ₹2,000 PLI (Performance Linked Incentive)
- Total CTC up to ₹28,000 per month
- Initial 3 months: Approx. ₹20,000 in-hand (PLI not applicable)
- After 3 months: Approx. ₹22,000–₹23,000 in-hand based on performance
Work Schedule
- 5–6 days working (depending on process)
- Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
- Day, evening, and rotational shifts
- No cab facility
- No leaves during the initial 3 months (Uber Eats process)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer to build next-generation agentic AI systems that automate and enhance customer support experiences. The role involves designing intelligent systems that can reason, retrieve knowledge, and perform automated actions by integrating with enterprise services and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Node.js/TypeScript and Java (Spring Boot).
- Build scalable microservices and REST APIs that integrate with internal systems.
- Develop LLM-powered workflows, including RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and AI agent capabilities.
- Implement workflow orchestration, session/context management, and automation logic.
- Integrate services with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and reliability of production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Engineering.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of backend development experience.
