Technical Project Manager

Role Description: In this role, you'll independently identify and engage promising startups, execute strategic go-to-market plans, and build meaningful relationships across the AWS startup ecosystem. You’ll work closely with internal pre-sales and solutions teams to position and propose cloud-native solutions effectively, driving significant customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:  

Identify, prospect, and generate qualified pipeline opportunities independently and through collaboration with the AWS startup ecosystem.

• Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings to qualify potential opportunities, aligning customer needs with our cloud-native solutions

• Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.

• Build and nurture strong relationships within the startup community, including founders, CTOs, venture capitalists, accelerators, and AWS representatives.

• Stay informed about emerging trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics within cloud modernization, analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI.

• Maintain accurate CRM updates, track sales metrics, and regularly report performance and pipeline status to leadership. 

Qualifications & Experience:  

• BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech Only

3-6 years of proven experience in technology field sales, ideally in cloud solutions, analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation.

• Prior experience selling technology solutions directly to startups or growth-stage companies.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles with strong results.

• Familiarity and understanding of AWS ecosystem and cloud-native architectures are highly preferred.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, industry events, and partner meetings.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will handle outbound calls to potential and existing clients across global markets, providing product or service information, addressing inquiries, and closing sales opportunities.

• Interest in our tech stack (Java or Scala, SQL Databases, NoSQL, Microservices, and AWS)
• Strong computer science fundamentals with data structures, algorithms, various programming languages, distributed systems, etc. 
• Understanding of engineering best practices—you constantly seek to improve engineering standards, tooling and processes
• Ability to write “good code” - easily understandable, secure and testable! 
• Comfortable helping drive technical decisions within our Engineering team
• Experience building applications at scale

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write clean, structured code and develop back-end components that are scalable and reusable which aligns with the existing architecture.
2. Own and manage team processes, releases, and systems and integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
3. Design, build, test, and document code and databases
4. Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
5. Make architecture decisions that contribute to maintainable systems
6. Architect and build the backend for the corresponding web service (Django)

Skills Required:

1. 2+ years of experience with Django, Experienced & expertise in Python framework - Django and Rest
2. Strong systems, architecture and database fundamentals, experience with scaling web technologies
3. Should have basic knowledge of Front End
4. Should have good database design knowledge
5. Should be able to write good quality code with good documentation
6. Experience in creating REST API's
7. Basic understanding of tech stacks - Postgres and Git
8. The ability to work independently is a must

We are looking for a technical lead to join us at Elisar. As tech lead (DevOps), you will be responsible forTechnical leadership of the Elisar software development team.

Interface with product management during product discovery and establish product road maps

Contribute to back end development at Elisar

Communicating and collaborating with others

Develop and manage dev team's work schedules to meet expected delivery commitments

Assess and address software development risk for products being developed a Elisar

Establish a CI/CD pipeline at Elisar

Ensure continued compliance with ISO 62304 requirements for the development of software

What do you need?

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Requirements :
