Roles & Responsibilities -

● Develop new user-facing features.

● Work alongside product to understand our requirements, and design, develop and iterate, think through the complex architecture.

● Writing clean, reusable, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.

● Encourage innovation and efficiency improvements to ensure processes are productive

● Ensure the training and mentoring of the team members

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed.

● Research and apply new technologies, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements -

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field

• 5 - 10 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with web technologies and microservices architecture

• Java, Spring framework

• MySQL, Mongo, Solr, Redis,

• Kubernetes, Docker

• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story • Ability to think and analyze both breadth-wise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services

• Exceptional design and architectural skills

• Experience of cloud providers/platforms like GCP and AWS

 Outbound Calling: Contact potential buyers (traders, resellers, distributors, scrap dealers, and aggregators)

and explain the BFS platform and its benefits.

 Buyer Onboarding: Register buyers on the platform and guide them through the registration process.

 Data Collection: Encourage buyers to submit quotes and participate actively in transactions on the BFS

platform.

 Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with buyers to ensure engagement and transactions.

 CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and buyer information in

the CRM.

 Market Feedback: Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for continuous

improvement.

Job Profile

·      Execution of energy efficiency/ energy audit projects in various industrial and commercial sectors.

·      Identification & development of energy efficiency solutions/ proposals prepared based on studies conducted.

·      Identification and Selection of vendors for reliable & profitable execution of projects.

·      Develop project schedules & plan resource allocation for timely completion of assignments.

·      Verification of actual energy saving being achieved as result of projects/solutions implemented as per International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP).

·      Help convert energy assessment studies into Retrofit / Turn key projects.

·      Support sales / business development team for submission of offers/bids.

·      Train sales team on energy efficiency

Skills Desired

·      Knowledge of energy efficiency evaluation of boilers, furnaces, turbines, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, HVAC system, fans & blowers, electric motors and energy audit of process and utility plants.

·      Knowledge of modelling, simulation and optimization tools will be an added advantage.

·      Experience in performance evaluation/analysis, operation & maintenance of power generation sector or large energy intensive industries is desirable.

·      Good technical & analytical abilities

·      Good interpersonal and communication skill

I need a Java Developer who has Java development experience with minimum

Primary Skills:

.Net/.Net Core, C#, OOPS and SQL Server as a key technology, which covers frontend and backend work. Knowledge of DevOps (building and deployment) and the Cloud is nice to have.

Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records

Good to have any scripting(powershell) knowledge, JS based UI Frameworks

Experienced in complex logic designing and implementation

Should have worked in Agile development environment and best practices

Good to have experience in secure development practices

• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
