Job Description:

·       Gather requirements from the client

·       Proactively builds and manages relationship with client management

·       Developing business cases, project plans and project documentation.

·       Deliver projects/work on-time, on-budget, and in a way that accomplishes client goals 

·       Reviews and ensures high quality of work is delivered  

·       Meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure 

·       Apply creative thinking to identify possible reporting solution alternatives 

·       Travel to client locations as per the project and/or client needs 

Must Have:

·       5+ years of project experience and Min 2+ years’ experience in Power Platform development and customizations.

·       Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions.

·       Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules like Sales, Service, Marketing and Field Service.

·       Skills Driving Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.

·       Experience in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities for MS Dynamics CRM using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.

·       Proficiency in use of C# - CRM SDK, Web APIs, Batch Jobs, Azure functions, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Plugins, 3rd party APIs, and Custom Workflows with Dynamics CRM.

·       Good experience in Portals and USD development with CRM.

·       Experience in assisting with integration of CRM with other business systems and applications.

·       Assists the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for mid to large sized Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

·       Proficiency in OOB Customizations like Business Rules, Workflows, Actions, Security roles configurations.

·       Good knowledge in code and project management using Azure DevOps.

·       Experience in the Power Apps component framework

·      Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform certifications.

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or similar program.
  . Need 2+ years of experience in Sales force who is technically strong and capable of providing solutions.
  · Minimum 2 years into SFDC CPQ implementations.
  · Strong written and spoken English language communication skills
  · Deep knowledge on Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, profiles, roles, workflows, approval processes, process builders, etc.
  · Strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce and the Lightning platform development framework
  · Solid understanding of data migration tools and processes with regard to Salesforce
  · Solid experience and knowledge developing integrations with Salesforce using REST or SOAP for example.
  · Ability to clearly answer questions on the different design options available on the Salesforce platform and the trade off’s which exist between different approaches

Technical Skills

  • Atleast 1+ CPQ full project end to end implementations experience

  • Extensive experience in configuring QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin), Custom Actions, Custom Scripts, Advanced Grouping, Price Rules, Product Rules, Summary Variables, Designing of custom CPQ Advanced Quote templates, Product Bundles, Configuration attributes, Types of Discount Schedules, Pricing Models
  • CPQ Certification is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

1. General:
