 Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering FinTech platforms (payments, lending, banking, wallets, trading, or risk systems)
• Own architecture and system design for high-availability, low-latency, secure systems
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to translate financial requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO), and data privacy
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, observability, and system resilience
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams
• Oversee sprint planning, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and platform stability improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years in leadership roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java / Node.js / Python / .NET / Go
• Experience building FinTech platforms — payments, banking, lending, trading, or risk systems
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Expert who lives and breathes Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands funnels deeply, and can consistently improve CPL and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Drive high-quality leads at lower cost through continuous optimisation
• Analyse funnels from ad → landing page → lead → conversion and identify drop-offs
• Perform audience research, creative testing, and scaling strategies
• Optimise:
• CPL (Cost per Lead)
• Lead quality
• ROAS / conversion efficiency
• Work closely with:
• Sales & counselling team (to assess lead quality)

Primary responsibilities:

•Design, develop AWS IoT/Cloud-based applications using Typescript, Node.Js.

•Work closely with onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams, Product Management, frontend developers, SQA teams to effectively use technologies to build and deliver high quality and on-time delivery.

•Proactively Identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle and develop POCs to mitigate the risks early in the program.

Experience and Skills Required:

•Experience in executing CI/CD processes

•Experience in Microservices Architecture

•Good Knowledge on Cloud security & security design control implementation.

•Knowledge of (AWS IoT Core) and In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud native services including Kinesis, DynamoDB, Neptune, Lambda, API Gateway, Timestream , IoT Core, GreenGrass, Aurora, Lambda, etc.

•Great knowledge in Agile/Scrum

• 4-8 years of experience in Functional testing with good foundation in technical expertise
• Experience in the Capital Markets domain is MUST
• Exposure to API testing tools like SoapUI and Postman
• Well versed with SQL
• Hands on experience in debugging issues using Unix commands
• Basic understanding of XML and JSON structures
• Knowledge of FitNesse is good to have
• Should be early joinee.

At least 3 years' experience as a Node.js developer.

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

Mandatory experience in MongoDB and MySql.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

Skills required:
