Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience, with a strong track record in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the outsourcing, BPM, or IT services industries. This role demands an individual who can drive end-to-end digital campaigns, enhance online brand presence, generate qualified leads, and align digital marketing with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Channel Management:
• Lead and manage SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content strategy, and paid campaigns.
• Lead Generation:
• Design and execute multi-channel lead generation and nurturing campaigns targeting international B2B clients.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaboration:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven B2B marketing expertise, preferably in outsourcing, BPM, or IT services sectors.
• Strong command of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, campaign optimization, and conversion strategies.

What are we looking for:

• 3+ Years of work experience as a Python Developer
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework: Django
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Elastic search, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka will give you an edge over others
• Good understanding of the operating system and networking concepts

2-5 years of experience in embedded software development.

Senior Data Scientist-Job Description

The Senior Data Scientist role is a creative problem solver who utilizes statistical/mathematical principles and modelling skills to uncover new insights that will significantly and meaningfully impact business decisions and actions.  She/he applies their data science expertise in identifying, defining, and executing state-of-art techniques for academic opportunities and business objectives in collaboration with other Analytics team members. The Senior Data Scientist will execute analyses & outputs spanning test design and measurement, predictive analytics, multivariate analysis, data/text mining, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the full range of data science activities including test design and measurement, predictive/advanced analytics, and data mining, and analytic dashboards.
