Tech Lead

 Key goals and responsibilities

· Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

· Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache

· Ensure best coding practices to build efficiencies and scalability of the tech stack; to be implemented by the team.

· Ensure defect-free software deployment and maintenance thereof.

· Focus on critical trouble shooting issues; be obstacle remover for the team.

· Create and maintain project documentation and tech specs.

· Review the code periodically from technical and security point of view with due recommendations.

· Track team on performance and task management to deliver to timelines and quality.

· Thorough understanding of React.js, Vue Js and its core principles

· Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

· A knack of benchmarking and optimization

· Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial

· Good understanding of quality JavaScript code (Object oriented and commonly used design patterns )

· Capable of debugging complex issues in JavaScript

· Understanding of JS debug tools and chrome dev tools

Your key qualifications & competencies:

· Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs

· Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

· Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

· At least 5+ years of hands on coding experience

· Strong understanding of OOPS Concepts and data structure

· Have practical knowledge/experience in JAVA , Microservices , Springboot , hibernate and MySQL database

· Have prior experience in scrum and agile methodologies

· Should have 5+ years of experience in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js /Vue/AngularJS /Knockout

· Must have experience on AWS, or Google cloud. Must have knowledge of GIT.

· Should have sound understanding of http and REST. Be a proponent of strict code quality standards using JSLint etc.

· Should have atleast 3+ years of leading teams and proven record of adherence to ambitious deadlines.

· Should have strong understanding of object oriented and functional programming in JavaScript.

We're looking to hire expert Laravel developers with strong command over database concepts and preferably, ability to work as a full stack developer utilising Angular/Laravel or Vue as a frontend tech stack. Minimum 4 years experience is required.

As a senior software developer, we expect the following qualifications:

• Has a longer IT technical training in computer science or similar
• Have proven experience JavaScript
• Have proven experience of developing REST-based services
• Have proven experience in PHP and JAVA
• Have proven experience in Laravel, Symfony, and Composer

Full Stack Web Developer

Education:

Bachelors in Computer science/Information or any related stream with desired work experience.

Overview:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer to create amazing user interface based web application with clean and artful web design skills. The engineer would be responsible for architecting, designing, developing and deploying scalable web application. We are building a strong and dedicated team focusing on developing web application for multiple client requirements and in-house projects.

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Write high performance, clean, scalable and quality web applications under given timelines.

2. Architecting, designing and deploying web application for various cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.

3. Identifying bottlenecks, bugs and devise solutions for these problems.

4. Responsible for both front-end and back-end development.

5. Participate in requirement analysis, documentation with business partners.

6. A standout colleague but should be able to work independently too.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of work experience as Full Stack Web developer.

2. Experience in web application development with exposure to both frontend and backend development.

3. Ability to produce well documented code with excellent debugging capabilities.

4. Strong Communication skills

5. Expert in any of the following programming languages Java, JavaScript(NodeJs), Python.

6. Experience in web development frameworks like Django, Flask.

7. Experience with front end technologies HTML5, CSS, Angular, React Js.

8. Experience in developing and integrating REST, SOAP APIs.

9. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB etc.

10. Familiarity with web servers Apache, Ngnix etc.

11. Good understanding of OOPs and Web design patterns.

12. Willing to learn and implement latest technologies.

Bonus:

1. Good knowledge of revision control tools such as Git, Bit Bucket, Source tree

2. Experience in using multiple IDE and different application development frameworks.

3. Experience in mobile application development is added advantage
