Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
• Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collaterals and promotional materials.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on buying trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
• Create detailed proposal documents and deliver presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the [industry].

We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside project stakeholders and report directly to Sr. Business analysts. The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridge the gap between the BDM team and technical team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and translate it to the development teams thereby, ensuring the right requirement detail in the documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to the team.

Responsibilities

· Elicit requirements, gathering, & documenting.

· Ability to grasp, relate, and quick response to new inquiries.

· Interaction with team members at regular intervals, share knowledge and information

· Clear and concise communication and project management skills.

· Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc. ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.

· Construct project documents (BRD, FRD) as per the project requirement and develop Flow charts, Use case diagrams, ER diagrams, User stories

· Performing requirements analysis

· Understand SDLC and fit into the Agile environment.

· Co-operating behavioral with the cross-functional team and being able to translate business needs into technical needs.

· Interface and coordinate with BDM team engagement & understand the client’s requirements

Job Description :-

• Have intermediate/advanced knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with OOP in Python. Flask/Django framework, ORM with MySQL, MongoDB is a plus.
• Must have experience of writing shell scripts and configuration files. Should be proficient in bash.
• Should have excellent Linux administration capabilities.
• Working experience of SCM. Git is preferred.
• Should have knowledge of the basics of networking in Linux, and computer networks in general.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, Continuous Integration.
• Understanding of Architecture of OpenStack/Kubernetes and good knowledge of standard client interfaces is a plus.
• Code contributed to OpenStack/Kubernetes community will be plus.
• Understanding of NFV and SDN domain will be plus.
