Job Description:

We are looking for a senior user experience (UX) designer with 3+ years of experience to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable, and inclusive mobile products. They will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects which includes creating user personas, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes, and testing them out with actual users. The role also involves talking to client stakeholders to execute the design process independently. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions, and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus.

Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and user needs

- Create user personas, journey maps, and various other design artifacts

- Create prototypes of varying fidelity

- Communicate design solutions to key stakeholders

- Define and track key metrics related to user experience

- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts.

Skills and Requirements :

- Experienced with 2-4 years in Product Design/UX roles.

- Mandatory Bachelors / Masters Degree in Design

- Good experience in user experience and interface design, with a supporting portfolio

- Experience in designing mobile and web applications

- Experience in understanding and mapping complex user journeys

- Ability to form, prototype, and clearly communicate ideas and decisions.

- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging user interfaces that improve the financial lives of our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet our users' needs and align with TIFIN’s mission. You will bring a strong understanding of UX and UI principles, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to designing meaningful experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and other UX artifacts to guide product development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency in visual design and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in product design and fintech.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 2-4 years as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fintech or tech startup environment.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like InVision, Zeplin, and Miro is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and feedback to create informed design decisions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Preferred: Experience with design systems, familiarity with HTML/CSS, and an understanding of AI-driven design.

T3:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 3 years of Java EE development experience.

2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with common design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

4. Familiar with MySql, capable of database design and optimization, familiar with redis caching technology, familiar with message middleware, and ElasticSearch.

5. Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and independent problem-solving ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressure. Able to guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.

6. Those with Internet platform development experience and familiarity with distribution and concurrency will be given priority

T4:

About the Role

Technical:-

·      Architect and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable software architectures using Node.js.
