Dot Net Developer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who doesn’t just write code—but builds systems, owns features end-to-end, and leverages AI tools to move fast and build smart. This isn’t a ticket-taking role. This is for builders who can architect, develop, and ship independently, with a bias toward action and clarity.

What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of features from problem → design → code → deploy → iterate
• Build modular, scalable APIs and frontend components using the MERN stack
• Use AI tools to write, debug, optimize code, and unblock yourself fast
• Integrate 3rd-party APIs, services, and AI capabilities where relevant
• Collaborate async with product, design, and other engineers
• Optimize performance, scalability, and dev workflows
• Own dev hygiene—documentation, tests, Git practices, CI/CD pipelines

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 4–5 years of full-stack experience in production-grade MERN apps
• You’ve shipped products end-to-end, not just maintained features
• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, both on frontend and backend
• Solid foundation in system design, API design, and debugging
• Comfortable using AI-native tools to code faster and better
• GitHub is your second home. You write clean commits and structured PRs
• Cloud/infra experience (Vercel, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes)

• Work with a team to provide end to end solutions including coding, unit testing and defect fixes.
• Work to build scalable solutions and work with quality assurance and control teams to analyze and fix issues 
• Develop and maintain APIs and Services in Node.js/Python 
• Develop and maintain web-based UI’s using front-end frameworks 
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing and integration testing 
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and support 
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through best practices in coding, testing and deployment 
• Collaborate with DevOps team for troubleshooting deployment issues 

Qualification 

● 1-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar, focusing on software development and system integration 

● Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, React, Express framework 

● In-depth knowledge of databases such as MongoDB 

● Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design 

● Proficiency in any Python development framework is a plus 

● Strong direct experience in functional and object oriented programming using Javascript 

● Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) 

● Microservices architecture and containerization 

● Expertise in performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization 

● Understanding of DevOps practices for automated deployments 

● Understanding of software design patterns and best practices 

● Practical experience working in Agile developments (scrum) 

● Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to mentor junior team members 

● Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams 

● Strong capability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines 

● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Strong Django and ReactJS experience
• Advanced knowledge of Python and relational databases
• Understanding of APIs, pagination, searching, sorting 
• Experience with building, modifying and extending API endpoints (REST or

GraphQL) for data retrieval and persistence.

• Creating high performance UI etc.
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases

• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including requirements

collection, design, implementation, testing, and operational support.

• Experience with scrum or other agile software development methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and

influencing skills.

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Position:

• Full time/Direct

• Technical Training, IT, and experience in BitBuket/JIRA would be an added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-starter and able to complete tasks with little supervision.
• Detailed orientated with strong organizational skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, MVC, jQuery, AI, AWS, AZURE, Cloud services, REST, Angular, EF, and JavaScript.
• Ability to deliver the time-critical task with his/her pro-activeness to be an inspiration to others.
• Thrive as a senior resource in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.
