Senior Fullstack Engineer (React & Golang)

Responsibilities 

Design, implementation and delivery of solutions.

Solving new problems and address any issues regarding the architecture and performance. 

Focused on understanding customer needs and anticipate the changing business and technology landscape. 

Collaborate with teams from various verticals within and outside the company.

Qualifications 

2-5 years of Software Engineering experience in Node.js and React. 

Proven experience in architecting performant, complex application on web or mobile applications. 

Knowledge of end to end Software development life cycle.

Ability to work individually or in teams and mentor new developers to the team.

Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms and design patterns. 

A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

You should have

● 5 - 8 years of professional experience in Node.js

● Strong Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks - Express.js

● Hands-on experience in creating, designing and using RESTful API

● Experience in the development of large-scale SaaS and cloud-native applications

● 5 years of professional experience building Node.js backend applications

● Proficient in any databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

● Hands-on Experience in Test Drive Development (TDD)

● Strong knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS

● Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

● Knowledge of E–Commerce Integration is Good to have.

● Experience in AWS, CI/CD tools, SVN, Git and Bitbucket is good to have.

● Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.

● Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.

● Troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems and issues, on web applications in a production environment.

• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience in React Js, Javascript, Ruby on Rails (preferred)- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 )- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

We are now looking for more developers to join our team and help us build the best financial inclusion platform in the world. You'll be an integral part of product development team working collaboratively with cross functional team of business heads, product managers, credit risk experts, data scientists and technologists to iteratively design and build fintech products. You'll be constantly be challenged and you'll have the freedom to discover and advocate new technologies. 

Requirements:

We are looking for people who are truly full stack, and are as comfortable working on javascript front end as they are debugging database interactions, or improving their CloudFormation templates. While we are open to any degree and colleges, we are look for people who prides in being a coder and have demonstrable (3+ years) experience in software development. In particular we look for people who can:

• Code backend services, ideally using Node.js or Java, or other server side compiled language.
• Design and develop Rest API with integrations to lots of external systems. Experience of GraphQL is an advantage
• Develop modern and secure web front ends, ideally using React, Express and Redux.
• Interface with No-SQL/ MongoDB or SQL based data bases (PortgresSQL).
• Deploy their code into the cloud and support it there, ideally on AWS and GitHub. Experience with kubernetes and serverless is an advantage.
• Deliver in agile manner while coding cleanly, automating testing and clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing and continuous deployment.
• Takes ownership of a feature from the original idea through to live.
