Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and optimize queries in MongoDB, including aggregation and indexing
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Core Java
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot (REST APIs, Security, Data)
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design)
• Experience with Microservices architecture

• 4+ years exp with solid backend/engineering experience.
• Knowledge of data structures and an eye for architecture.
• Solid CS fundamentals, fluent in multi-threaded and asynchronous programming, a strong inclination for architecting at scale.
• Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Rapid prototyping worked on distributed systems at scale.
• Basic knowledge of SQL as well as NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in Golang, it's design, and concurrency patterns.

.NET C# developer provides custom web application development using the .NET Framework, C#, http://VB.NET">VB.NET, http://ASP.NET">ASP.NET, SQL Server and other advanced components of Microsoft technology and provide training to programmer analysts who support the web services manager' responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

 The tool development also involves working with SQL queries and web front end

Designing, developing, and testing web applications with .Net HTML, CSS and other technologies

Design and development of software applications (primarily web based) used in various areas of the bank (such as Loans processing, Treasury, Middle Office )

Manages the architecture, design, and coding of software for TFI from concept to finished product, in order to answer the needs of the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments

Consults with end users within the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments to identify where technology can automate current processes to enhance revenues and cut cost

Maintains currency in technical skills and all relevant fixed income industry sector factors

May lead the work of others and provide ideas which help to enhance TFI software applications

Software design & development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven-Design and Object-Oriented Development

ORM frameworks, particularly the Entity Framework

• You will design, build and own APIs and Services, which will be the core of the product.
• You will participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
• You will part of developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• You will have to take lead on projects, compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas of improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in building highly scalable backend systems.
• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as JAVA, Operating System may be required, and Experience in Databases such as MySQL or Postgre SQL
• Strong understanding of Computer Science Fundamentals, Data Structures and Algorithms, SOLID Design Principles, and REST Patterns.
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group

Role :
We are looking for an experienced Java or full-stack developer who is passionate about developing solutions that improve healthcare. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience building large-scale web applications. 

You will be expected to define/scope feature-sets and develop new functions. You will be a part of the team that is focussed on our one of many industry leading software solutions, designing scalable/maintainable object oriented architecture and producing market leading, self-testable deliverables.

• Education : BE/MS/M. Tech/MCS/MCS with excellent records

Skills:

• At least 4 years of SAAS software development experience.
• Experience in cloud computing application implementations on AWS is a MUST!
• Excellent understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and standard methodologies with an eye towards scale, automation, resiliency, and high availability
• Experience with build-time dependency management (e.g. Ant, Maven); unit testing and code-coverage tools; test automation techniques and tools; and build automation tools (e.g. Jenkins,) tools is required. 
• Strong understanding of Java is expected 
• Good understanding of architectural principles involved in SaaS and multi-tenant platforms. 
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and negotiation skills

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead one of the product verticals in the development of technology strategy, planning, hiring and execution of the next iteration of the WeInvest platform.

• Institutionalize a strong software engineering culture and facilitate a rapid, iterative, layered development approach.

• Be hands on with the coding, evaluate design and architecture choices, do in-depth code reviews, and implement standards and practices for software development.

• Inspire the engineering team to build quality, scalable code by pairing with team members periodically.

• Participate in the definition and management of high-quality product roadmaps based on business, product & tech strategy.

• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Masters /BE/ B.Tech from a reputed institute

• About 6-10 years professional experience in software development.

• Excellent logical and analytical reasoning capabilities combined with strong knowledge of core

computer science concepts like algorithms, data structures, software design patterns, OOP etc.

• Should have experience in all the phases of SDLC

• Must have experience in leading a team. (At least 2-3 people)

• Be an expert in ruby on rails with experience OR from Fintech, Wealth Management OR Investment

• Management Domain with experience in any of the programming languages (Java/Python/Ruby).

• Breadth of experience in multiple technologies, tools, frameworks and processes is a big plus.

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure,

Software design patterns, OOP etc. Be able to lead the team in design & architecture discussions,

introduce new tools, concepts & process to the team and guide other members of the team.

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing,

test- driven-development, continuous integration etc is a big plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Lead and provide first level supervision to project teams and ensures successful delivery of tasks assigned to the team along with sharing of project updates & related communication with stakeholders.

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

What you bring:

• Should have minimum 4 years of experience in development using Python and 1 year in leading Python based projects.
• Strong experience in Application lifecycle management – development, testing and deployment.
• Strong understanding and experience with code version control tools (git, svn, etc.)
• Expert in Python with working experience on Django, AWS, Lambda, RDS, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Integration of data storage solutions redis, postgresql, mysql (big query, big table, pubsub, appengine).
• Strong in data structures and algorithms
• Preferably candidates with Financial/lending Applications development experience with any Fintech Co.
