Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2), microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, and Docker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native solutions and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Design and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure deployments.
• Work with Docker to containerize applications and manage container lifecycles.
• Develop and manage infrastructure on AWS (including EC2, IAM, S3, and other related services).
• Design efficient database schemas and write optimized SQL queries for PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with DevOps, front-end developers, and product managers for end-to-end delivery.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code reliability and robustness.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and Python-based web frameworks.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, CloudWatch.
• Sound knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Version control with Git.

• 6+ years of experience with expertise in Django CMS, Python, REST framework, AI framework
• MySQL Db usage, SQL queries
• Experience in using scraping tools.
• Microservices
• Docker and Kubernetes hands-on experience
• AWS Redis cache integration
• Deployment on AWS cloud, auto-scale
• Work will be rotational Shifts/ UK Shift
• Must be flexible to work on weekends/stretch for some hours

• Expert in Python with knowledge of Python best practices (PEP8) 
• Strong knowledge of python web frameworks such as Django, Flask • Strong knowledge of building RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework • Good Understanding of Django ORM Libraries 
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system • Strong experience on Linux 
• Solid database skills in a relational database (i.e. PostgresSQL,MYSql) • Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes • Strong unit test and debugging skills 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (git) 
• Experience deploying on AWS is desirable 
• Experience with Docker,Test Drive Development will be a plus 
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, influence and communication skills • Experience in designing scalable micro-services is desirable 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 0-1 years of experience as a backend developer 
• At least one product build and published 
• SKILLS Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle 
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code 
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality • Work with distributed development teams 

2.       Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS.

3.       Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.

4.       Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python / Ruby / Java / PHP/ .Net.

5.       Good Understand with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

Excellent programming skills in C/C++ and Python
Need experience on cloud/Virtualization experience.
Strong working experience in developing application on Linux 
Experience of working with multi-threading, IPC and socket programming is must.
Familiarity with OS concepts like memory management, scheduling etc. is desirable.
Familiarity with TCP/IP protocol stack is desirable
Knowledge of Linux networking stack including conceptual understanding of IPsec, iptables, conntrack, bridging, policy based routing etc. is desirable
Familiarity with container technology
Aware of Agile Methodologies, CI/CD methods
Experienced with all phases of project in development, testing and deployment and management of enterprise solutions.
Excellent verbal written communication skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work under aggressive timeline is must.
Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills

• Good understanding of SQL
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git .

• A Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in software product development.
• Excellent in Data structure, Algorithms & Problem-solving skills.
• Should be willing to code in Node.js/Java/Python/ROR/Golang
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
• Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams and able to multi-task.
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
